Great mid-town location, large newly renovated room and very clean. We stayed for the weekend and was very impressed with the spacious room which included a nice new bathroom, small kitchenette, a living area and a very large walk-in closet. The building and lobby isn't much to look at and could use a facelift, but you get what you pay... More

My wife spent 3 nights there with my daughter who started her university program in Montreal. Very expensive for the service that was offered. Not enough towels in the bathroom. Some garbage was left in the kitchenette. Overall dated.

Visited for work for 3 nights, pre booked by work so wasn't sure what to expect. Very pleasantly surprised, the 'studio' turned out to be a suite with a living room (with great views), a large bedroom (with a walk in closet) and a kitchenette. Very centrally located, on a busy road full of cafes, shops and restaurants (lovely fruit... More

upgraded kitchenette with large room. Conveniently near Jewish General hospital. Open fruit market nearby, metro station, restaurant connected, coffee shops nearby. Stay there every time we are in Montreal.

Wonderful small scale hotel in a fun and eclectic part of town! You will not feel like a tourist, but like a local. Hotel staff gave great dining and entertainment advice. Centrally located to lots of Montreals attractions. Rooms are unique and feel like apartments rather than traditional hotel rooms. It was clean and well appointed, but not at all... More

This hotel is a bit unusual from the outside - as the lobby is very small sandwiched between shops and busy-looking signs, but do come in. The staff are nice and the rooms are to be honest, frankly enormous. Mine had a king sized bed, couch, desk, chairs, a walk in closet, a kitchenette with silverware, and they had a... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at Terrasse Royale during our weekend trip to Montreal. We didn't want to spend too much money staying at an expensive hotel downtown, and this place was definitely worth it. We were immediately impressed by the location: a 10 minute bus ride to the downtown core and close to everything you need (metro station, restaurants,... More

Not expensive. Ten minute bus to downtown over the mountain which is on the corner which seemed like every five minutes. Metro cote des neiges right on the corner if your into the restaurant scene in the plateau in the east or there is also a bus gets you there that runs all night. Local bars and pubs in the... More

My husband and I stayed here while visiting family in Montreal. Having a comfortable one bedroom apartment was a bargain for the price. Our apartment seemed to have been recently renovated and was nicely furnished. It faced the back and was quiet. The tiny kitchen was equipped with the basics (except for a cutting board), so we were able to... More
