The Delta in Quebec city was a very nice stay. They allow pets. Which is a plus considering we have two dogs. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable. When I first walked into the hotel I noticed how well designed it is. The lobby is a dark wood 4 story area with the restaurant and board rooms on the side.
