Rented an apartment here for the first weekend of Fesitval of Jazz, and it is the perfect location for that and much more. It is a 5-7 minute walk (tip: cut through the conference center across the street on Rue Saint Antoine) to the festival site. It is a stone's throw from Notre-Dame Basilica (pay the $5 to go inside... More

The location was very convenient and the apartment was modern and clean with kitchen and laundry facilities which are great for a longer stay or if you are with children. The negative side was having to pick up keys from another location and not having... More

It is an apartment with all amenities. We arrived late, picked up the keys from another location close by but never met any of the staff. There was no need. The apartment is bright with windows all around, clean, modern and beautiful decorated. What is the most amazing, is right in the middle of old Montreal. Park your car and forget... Not only was the apartment large and beautiful, the staff was curteous and fast-acting! The staff acted immediately when we realized that the air conditioning wasn't working and within the hour the issue had been resolved. The view was perfect, the location was perfect, and the price was completely reasonable.

Staying in Quartier International

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier International
Designed to connect and beautify unused space, today the Quartier International is like a transversal piece of modern art. The distinctive design flair is most apparent at its focal point, the Palais des Congres, a convention center and retail space with a multi-colored glass exterior and an equally bold interior motif. Outdoors too, the Quartier is friendly towards public art exhibits along its stylish, plotted city squares, with extra-wide sidewalks meant to encourage long strolls and shaded benches available for absorbing the atmosphere. Fresh air and promenades characterize the area, from the foliage of Victoria Square to the fountain of Place Jean-Paul Riopelle, while the restaurants along Rue Saint-Antonie Ouest and Metro stops modeled in the Parisian style give off European glamour.
