Stated here 2 nights for a business trip and the place was very nice, convenient to a lot of shops and restaurants, and the staff was great. Booked a regular room but was upgraded to junior suite when I arrived. Bathroom was spectacular and this would be a great place for couples looking for a quick weekend getaway. I had... More

My boyfriend and I went to Montreal for a weekend to catch a hockey game. The location was great and close to everything we could have wanted. I would recommend this for couples because the room does have a peek-a-boo style shower. My only complaint is the floor was not cleaned the entire time we were there, and it was... More

On a short stay in Montreal we stayed one night here, I absolutely fell in love with the place, decor, amenities, & also STAFF was amazing! For our one night stay we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a suite. The room was lavishly appointed with 2 TV's, beautiful European shower for 2 overlooking the bed, modern decor. The... More

We stayed here for 4 nights last week and liked it so much that we returned for one night this week on the way home. You will not find better service or a more accommodating staff team anywhere in Montreal. The staff of the hotel and adjacent restaurant have a culture of taking care of guests. We were very lucky... Some hotels go for the boutique look and it looks like a typical spread in a magazine. This place was very clever. The shower is like a fish bowl next to the bed. With a red velvet drape. Definitely a couples destination. Obviously all the rooms are different and some have multiple levels with stairs from other reviews. All I... More

The hotel room is decent. The staff were helpful, the complimentary breakfasts and waters are nice. The only major draw back is the hotels interior rooms.. They have no windows facing the outside. Last but not least the hotel is situationed downtown in the perfect spot.

Excellent reception upon our arrival and throughout our stay. Front desk staff were first class, always very polite helpful and informative. Room was well laid out albeit tight on storage space. Had a comfy bed and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was continental style, cereals, pastries and juices. More than enough to start your day. Location was great, shops and eateries... More

SO funky!! Huge fan :) I lived in Montreal for years, and never knew it existed. I finally came back to visit friends and stumbled upon this gem on Hotwire! What a win! Amazing value and absolutely perfect location. The rooms are beautifully decorated, very comfortable and quiet. The continental breakfast was a lovely way to start the day and... More

We had a lovely stay at this very well located hotel. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom had a very large shower. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We would definitely return.

This is a little boutique hotel in the heart of Montreal, steps from everything. The staff are very helpful rooms are not your standard cookie cutter big brand layout. This is a sexy hotel with an artsy feel; red curtains, black hardwood floors, huge showers, high ceilings.

Staying in Centre-Ville (Downtown)

Neighborhood Profile
Centre-Ville (Downtown)
Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.
