This hotel has a great location. It is central to the city and is within easy walking distance of just about anywhere you'd like to go in the city. The staff was polite but not overly friendly and there was no parking available in the hotel garage. Therefore, we had to park a few blocks away in a mall garage... More

Though this hotel is near the center of the city and is easily reached by public transportation, I cannot recommend it. The rooms are not clean - thick black hairs in my towels, pieces of soap stuck to the wall. The tenth floor smells of pot. The staff are polite but not helpful. The breakfast is a disgrace, and the... More

Pros: A five minute stroll from the Palais des congrès de Montréal Convention Centre A 30 second walk from a drop-off and a pick-up bus stop on the 747 Airport Bus Clean room, air conditioning, ice machine, fairly comfy bed Cons: Breakfast - as included, basic at best; fine if you are happy with cereal, toast, coffee and juice but... Reception staff friendly but curt. Room functionally adequate (sleeping, not relaxing) & spotlessly clean. The breakfast the worst I've seen in 40 years of international budget travel. Every morning exactly the same tasteless and nutritionless, refined, and sugared cereals, white bread and bland rolls. The oranges help (or a banana -- for 1 of the 8 dreary, tasteless events). Skimmed... More

This hotel was okay, it was in quite a central location in the city with subway access nearby. Breakfast was available which was buffet style, it was okay. The staff were generally quite friendly. However, the room was TINY and extremely stuffy! There was no way to open the window in the room for any fresh air! This accommodation was... More

The room was very small and probably one if the smallest hotel/motel rooms I have stayed. If you have been on a cruise ship before, that is about the room size you can expect. Other than that, the room was clean and fine for the price in downtown Montreal. The hotel is located close to a lot of attractions like... More

Room was not ready in time for check in. Paid close to $400 a night and made us late for our concert. Expect a refund or reduced rate but instead were greeted with rude customer service. I am a wyndham gold member And stay in hotels for work 5 nights a week on average and have never experienced such bad... More
