This Days Inn was the worst. We checked in to this hotel around 8 at night on New Years day with our son. We would have checked out next morning, but was booked & paid for 2 days. The room was very small, floor was dirty, no towels in the bath room. The bath room walls had moulds. My husband... More

It's good for what it is. Great location, on site parking, good prices. However, don't expect anything luxurious. It's a place you'll want to stay for an overnight if you're in town for a concert or hockey game, not stay a week at a time. Everything worked fine, but the rooms tend to be on the small side and staff,... More

Poor parking off site parking (5mins walk), took a while to get the off site parking lot gate to open, off site parking easy to exit... More

I do really hate to provide a poor review of an establishment, but our experience was substandard. Most glaringly was the lack of indifference from the Management and employess when questions were raised regarding the bill. I also hate to pull the "Anglo" card, but we really believe that because we are English speaking, we were treated poorly. Specifically, upon... More

The room was Spacious but very cold. People at the reception Desk unfriendly and unorganised. No printing of the Bill possible. Email Bill didn't arrive until now. Never again a days Inn.

I really liked that the hotel had a garage, especially with the snow storm... The rest is nice, the room, the people and the service is good.

4pm check in was a bit bizzare, especially when they told us that our room was clean and ready to go, but we would be charged $10/hr for each hour we checked in early. Rooms were nice, larger than we thought it would be, with a really nice view (though only two rooms on each floor would get the view).... More

Terrible service front desk was very rude the whole stay, if you don't bring the garage out of the hotel room you get charged with 100$ isn't that what the maids are for??? Then got charged 200$ for an EMPTY smoke pack in the garbage in the room because we didn't want to litter it outside, but never once smoked... More

Stayed here for NYE with friends. Front desk workers were rude, unorganized, slow, and unknowledgable. Our room was filthy. It was also dark, cold, no balcony or windows that opened. We got hardly any towels or cloths. The rules were ridiculous and made you feel like a child again. Parking was an extra cost and we got the last spot... More

Staying in Quartier des Spectacles

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theaters, and exhibition centers are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
