My husband and I took a six day holiday in Montreal. The QE hotel was the perfect place for us! To begin with the room was fantastic and the service was impeccable. The location of this hotel is perfect as it sits on top of the the train station and is also connected to the underground. I had a slight... More

The hotel was nice and is centrally located in the city. The staff was friendly and helpful. the room furnishing were of good quality although the room was a little cramped. Had a room right next to the elevators and expected it to be noisy but was not a problem. Could not get a non-smoking room even though I booked... More

It isat the center of Montréal's vibrant cultural and commercial district sits . Located above a food court, the train station (Via Rail & AMTRAK) and it is connected to an extensive underground city of boutiques, restaurants and cafés, and within walking distance of sports and cultural attractions. I was only there for two nights so I was not able... More

In the knowledge that the rooms of this hotel were small, we arranged a suite. The bathrooms are very pokey with no bench space with old fixtures/fittings. Never had to pay to store luggage before and had to pay $3 per person for a couple of hours. Well located centrally. Lots of food options underneath the hotel. Premiere Moisson bakery... More

Firs time in Montreal and wanting to stay at a Fairmont hotel since they normally have a great reputation. However my opinion has drastically changed, upon arrival there was no attendants at the front to assist with your luggage, the front desk staff was pleasant but aloof. Immediately I could see that the hotel is more of a "convention" hotel,... More

We stayed four nights total. The hotel's management and leadership are key at this Fairmont. It starts at the top and flows down the ranks. If a hotel's culture is not customer service focused, it is completely managements fault. It is obvious the QE Fairmont’s management team runs a tight ship, and I really do like that because there is... More

I have stayed here several times when arriving in Montreal by train. The convenience can't be beat, since the gorgeous hotel lobby is simply an escalator up from the train station. No taxis or subway required...and it's an easy indoor walk. The lobby itself is gorgeous. Make sure to sign up in advance to be a Fairmont President's Club member... More

Gracious service through and through - from check-in: upgrade to Fairmont Gold quickly done upon my request to very helpful gold level Concierge - wished I had asked her to book an impossible-to-reserve table at Le Pied du Cochon! Lounge very comfortable, albeit a bit squished at breakfast rush. Great views, highly convenient location; we arrived by train and walked... More

I paid $259.00 per night and definitely did not get the service I expected. Front desk and concierge staff answered my questions, but it seemed like a chore for them to do so.
