Went to the Hilton in winter... true it looks like a bunker, but the Japanese garden even in winter is great. Rooms are average to good, service is good and location is excellent. And guess what is it very warm in winter... what you are looking for.

This is a very pleasant hotel and we have stayed there numerous times. The staff is very gracious and helpful. The rooftop setting makes this place truly unique. Highly recommended
