The Auberge B&B is wonderfully located near downtown and across from a park. The room was nice and clean with a sofa, TV and internet. Parking is limited in the area but the staff directed us to places where we could park the car and not get a ticket. There were many brochures and maps available for us to get... More

We traveled with friends for two weeks this fall. I called the hotel directly based on T Ad recommendation and their website. The price quoted was more than the website but I made the reservations. However when I found online reservations for the hotel for a much less price, I made that reservation and called the hotel and cancelled. This... More

If you do not want to stay right in the centre of Montreal, the auberge de la Fontaine is a good place to stay. Opposite a large park, quiet neighbourhood, busstop and metro at walking distance (10 min-15 min). Nice staff, friendly and helpful. The room was 'traditional', comfortable, but we had a few problems while staying in our room. To... More

Good location, excellent breakfast, clean rooms and a very helpful staff. The hotel is in walking distance to the metro. The weekend in Montreal was made even better by staying here! I recommend this hotel to all.

We have stayed in the Auberge many times, and have never been disappointed. It has an old world flavour, excellent helpful staff, terrific breakfasts, and a central location. It is always our destination when visiting Montreal.

Small personal hotel with good accomodation and very helpful staff. Close to downtown with an attractive park opposite. Rooms and breakfasts are very acceptable. We particularly liked the offer of complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits at any time.

We have stayed several times at the Auberge de la Fontaine. The staff has always been kind, flexible, and helpful. The location is great and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is delicious. This last visit two weeks ago was a bit upsetting, however. There is a new centralized airconditioning system that makes it impossible to regulate your own room temperature.... More

Our second floor room was quite comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. We especially enjoyed the breakfasts, which were included, and location across the street from a park. The park is well worth walking through and seemed constantly abuzz with picnics, discussion groups, sporting activities, yoga, and walkers. If we return to Montreal, we will definitely stay... More

Spent 5 nights here in this quaint little hotel in the residential area of the Plateau section. The staff were warm and helpful in this mostly French area. My sister had a very small but nice room, and my husband and I had a larger room, but only 1 tiny window making it quite dark even during the day. Bathrooms... More

This small Inn is very charming and in a lovely neighbourhood. We had a newly renovated room with two large windows and it was very spacious and private. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The Parc Fontaine is right across the street and the restaurant scene in the area is great. Perfect spot if you want to explore the... More
