Stayed here 30 Aug 2014 for 4 nights. Beautiful hotel. Superb location. Check in fast and friendly. Room had everything we needed with good facilities. Only complaint we had was they charge $14 per day for wi fi. This is something I would expect for free from a hotel of this calibre and especially as a lot of budget hotels... More

The hotel is located in the Complexe Desjardin. The hotel itself is corporate style with lots of business people and groups. Nothing really to say about the room, comfortable but quite impersonal. The great asset of this hotel is the staff who is very friendly and professional. They have a swimming pool and a 24 hours gym.

Best thing about this hotel was the staff all very friendly and helpful. For a premium hotel the rooms were pretty average and a simple thing like asking for something from the bar menu on room service or the room service menu in the bar was a big no no "we can't swap menu items around" the most ridiculous thing... We stayed here for two nights as part of a visit to the USA & Canada and the hotel had been recommended and booked by our travel agent. We arrived around 10 a.m. and expected to be able to leave our bags and get into our room in early afternoon. However we were offered immediate entry to 'a room' if we... More

Great place to stay and excellent location. The rooms are lovely but there needs more leisure facilities, city is at doorstep however. It's a bit confusing with the reception being on a different floor from when you walk in and the hotel should provide wi-fi free with the price you pay to stay there!

This was our 3rd stay at this Hyatt in the past two years and, as always, there's nothing negative to report. The room was spacious and well equipped and organized in Hyatt style. Breakfast - which was included in our rate - was available as a buffet, covering just about every taste. The omelet and special meats station is always... More

Our stay here was just decent at best. When we went to check in our reservation was all messed up. It took about four tries with the wrong room assignment/s and keys that did not work. When we finally got to our correct room we could never get the Air to work properly, it would NOT get cool. After MANY... More

This hotel was not only really fancy and clean but it was also in a great location to everything!! You could walk to shop, have coffee, food, drinks, you name it! The view from the room was fantastic as well. We overlooked the theatre with the beautiful fountains. The only thing I didn't like was that you had to pay... More

We live in Vermont and travel to Montreal frequently, at least several times per year. After over twenty years of spending time up there, we have stayed at almost every hotel in the central city area. The Hyatt is our favorite, for many reasons, but at the top is the level of service they offer. We stayed on 9/5-9/7. Upon... More

We booked on hotwire and loved the location. There were many restaurants and shopping that were easy to walk to. There was a food court and shopping on bottom level which even had a grocery store to stock up on snacks for the kids. Kids enjoyed the pool and we were able to relax on the comfy patio furniture. Some... More
