It's not what I would have expected for a Hyatt Regency hotel. The location was good, across the street from Place des Arts and a 2 block walking distance to Palais des Congres but no wow factor by any means. The entrance to the hotel by car is not well marked, an arrow would go a long way as many... More

Having spent a month travelling around canada our final stop was here, staff friendly enough but hotel very basic for the price. Do not drink in there bar as prices of drinks are crazy!! Wine nearly $20 a glass on one of the nights we were there , there was a very rowdy conference. Someone should have explained/apologies to other... More

Arriving on foot from the Via Rail station, locating the reception area involved a bizarre use of the elevators, checking in and using a different set of elevators to get to your room. I must admit that I had a varied experience at this hotel. On the plus side, although I arrived around 10:00am my room was ready for which... More

So, it’s fairly plush, very comfortable and in a great location. It has easy parking and the staff fall over themselves to be friendly and helpful. The complex and the hotel are very clean and modern and the location is surrounded with good shops and a variety of restaurants of all types even including a food court! The pool is... More

I've stayed here a couple of times over the past year due to the random luck of Hotwire. Usually comes out to about $120 plus tax, and even that's too much. Ugly, functional rooms, uncomfortable beds with cheap bed linens, surly staff. The lobby is attractive but that's about it. You won't die but you're better off staying elsewhere.

This hotel is close to everything! So conveniently located. Rooms are really nice and staff are very friendly! Beds and pillows are really soft. Interiors have great design and of course the famous facade. It has a mall attached to it and a walkway to the convention center.

Stayed there for a few days during the week. The service in the hotel is well done although the lounge was a disappointment. There were too many servers (which one was ours?) and it not only was untidy but messy. There were papers and wrappers on the floor. We felt like we were imposing by asking questions and were given... More

Possibly the worst hotel we have ever used. "House" music played in the public areas, which is great for business meetings...NOT. Nice bar area but everywhere else was rather like an office. The worst part is that you arrive in an underground car park with your luggage, which is taken from you by the bell captain. You are then told... More

Stayed here 30 Aug 2014 for 4 nights. Beautiful hotel. Superb location. Check in fast and friendly. Room had everything we needed with good facilities. Only complaint we had was they charge $14 per day for wi fi. This is something I would expect for free from a hotel of this calibre and especially as a lot of budget hotels... More

The hotel is located in the Complexe Desjardin. The hotel itself is corporate style with lots of business people and groups. Nothing really to say about the room, comfortable but quite impersonal. The great asset of this hotel is the staff who is very friendly and professional. They have a swimming pool and a 24 hours gym.
