My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. First, the renovation is completed so you will not have any issues with construction noise. However, while the rooms are "newer" the quality was not that great - we found peeling wallpaper in a few places in the room. This is relatively minor considering the solid amount of space in... In general, this hotel was a good experience. I was there for a 4 day business conference and all of my meetings were in the hotel conference rooms. Room quality: I stayed on the 3rd floor overlooking St.Catherine Street. Lovely view. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. - Additional outlets on the nightstand would be useful so that I... We stayed here in August, wanting something downtown that was 4 star. We bid on priceline and did end up getting a decent price for it (130, i think)..plus parking. As soon as we got into the room, we were very underwhelmed. It felt like a 2 star..and there are no real amenities in the hotel. The staff were okay...but... More

We recently stayed here with two kids. The location is excellent, and parking is easy. We loved that there was a food court below, a supermarket behind us and many, many options for walking. We cruised St. Urbain, St. Denis and St. Laurent. We were only there the one night, but if we had more time we would have gone... More

Very long wait for check in This time technical problem to reach the operator by phone. It means you have to go down to reception Only one guest at the restaurant. Understandable, when you ask to have your pasta without dressing. Impossible it means that nothing is fresh I warmly recommend to stay somewhere else. For what Hyatt Montreal offers... More

This a worn out, dated Hyatt. Decor needs refreshing. The staff are ok. One or two seem to realise they work in the service industry but for the rest this has passed them by. Arrived at 11pm. No food or room service available. The kitchen was locked up. The breakfast is poor and extremely expensive ($50 for 2). Go to... More

Booked the Hyatt Regency through Priceline and was pleased. We booked the hotel for an extended Easter weekend getaway and the location was perfect. Close enough to the Plateau, downtown and Old Montreal. The room was older but clean and satisfactory. The connection to the underground mall was a nice convenience. Would surely stay here again. Montreal, beautiful city full of culture. and just 7 hours from Long Island NY. We had an excellent stay and thoroughly enjoyed the hotels restaurant, and bar. The Hyatt regency in Montreal is well located. It is a 10 minutes walk to the old Montreal and is right next to the St-Catherine Street (for shopping). The entrance can be confusing. You have to take two different set of elevator, the first to reach the lobby, the second to your room. Note that they both are REALLY slow.... More

Stayed in February. Location of the hotel great, especially in the winter. Connected to a mall and the underground, no need to go outside in bad weather. Staff was very friendly and the room was good for the price we paid. Pool was nice but the hours were limited due to lack of life guard. Great hotel, kid/family friendly. More

We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay at our property. This past winter during the quieter months, when there was less demand , the pool operating hours were from 1PM-9PM weekdays. On the weekends, the pool operated regular hours from 6AM-10PM. Thank you for staying with us & we hope to have the pleasure of hosting you again soon! More
