We arrived a couple of hours earlier than check in and were told that we could not check in till 3pm, which was check in time. This was an inconvenience as we had to travel the streets for 2 hours while all we wanted to do was lay down and sleep for a few hours. more

Stayed there by myself for a marathon and got the executive package, which allowed me access to the concierge suite with free apps and private concierge.
