I stayed here in May to attend a conference. The hotel is a short walk from the train station and close to shops and restaurants. The rooms are quite comfortable and fairly spacious. I had a national conference last week, CALL 2013, and the service offered during the conference and for the catering were excellent. A special thanks to Mr. Steve Albanis for the great service! Great location also for visiting and enjoy Montreal! Would go back again!

They charge $3 a bag for the bell staff to hold bags, and blame the unions. Housekeeping staff enter rooms and ignore do not disturb signs and requests to wait. Location was great, and pricing wise was reasonable for a downtown hotel. Room was small and relatively no frills, I was expecting something a little bit bit more upscale, it is a fairly no frills room that you get.
