My boyfriend and I have stayed at this hotel twice now, as we travel to Montreal for a small get away every now and then. We first stayed here for Canada day last year and just outside the hotel (literally) we were happy to take part in the street festivities. We also managed to book a stay during the Jazz... More

I stayed here last July for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. We found a decent price (around $140 a night, I think). But for the price, I think all you're paying for is the big hotel chain and the brand name. It's close to the train station and right smack downtown. Walking to Old Montreal is easy, too. But... Traveled recently to Montreal and stayed here. Excellent location, with Rue St.Catharine just a block away, and Crescent St a few blocks away. A lot of good restaurants and good shopping in those locations. Good security in that evening access is only available to those who can produce a guest room keycard. I was given a room on a very... The room had a view of the city, we had no complaints with the service or staff, and the facilities (gym/pool/spa) were amazing. The only weird thing was that you had to agree to getting charged for the wifi, but they took the charges off when we checked out. The location couldn't be better, you're close to everything and just... More

Nice hotel in a great location! My friend and I walked almost everywhere and when we needed to, we took the train that was only a flew blocks away. There are tons of restaurants and bars/clubs all within a 5-10 min walk. The room was okay nothing too wow, but the beds were comfy. The hotel staff were friendly and... More

I go to Montreal about once or twice per year, like I did for the past 5-6 years and tried most hotel in the 3 and 4 stars range close to the Bell Center. The Sheraton is my absolute favorite in term of value, service and location. I usually go in Montreal for a show or a game at the... More

For over two months I traveled on a weekly basis to Montreal for business purposes. I stayed at the Sheraton Le Centre for all of my visits. Aside from being in a great location, a block from St Catherine St, and another block away from the Montreal Canadiens Stadium, I felt the staff was amazing. Of all the wonderful people... More

The hotel staff were all professional and friendly. You feel secure in the hotel as access to the elevators to the rooms in the evening is by showing two staff members your room access card/key. Had a wondeful time, we took an upgrade that they offered for a very reasonable price. This allowed us to have a room on the... More

It is clear they have put a lot of money into refurbishing the rooms, which had a nice, clean modern design. Unfortunately they did not replace the heating and cooling system, so the room had one of those old fashioned window boxes with settings like high cool, low cool, fan only, etc. It did a poor job of regulating the... I was pleased to read that you enjoyed our newly renovated guestrooms and I thank you for taking the time to post a review. I apologize for the inconveniences as a result of the AC unit and they will be replaced over the next two years. In the meantime, our Engineering associates perform regular preventative maintenance in each guestroom. For... More

I was here recently for a conference. It's a pretty great location, not far from the main shopping streets, great restaurants, some museums and close to Mount Royal park (designed by Frederick Law Olmstead, of NYC's Central Park fame--he created both). The hotel is a standard large hotel with all the amenities. Do wander around the streets between the hotel... More
