We booked this hotel after ready the good reviews on trip advisor. We had a two bedded suite. The room was spotlessly clean, and of a good size. Small kitchen, with a kettle, coffee maker, fridge and cooker. Tea and coffee were also provided. The bathroom was small, but functional, good shower and hot water! Soap and shampoo provided with... My colleagues and I shared a two bedroom suite while attending a conference earlier this month at the convention centre. There was nothing too fancy about our room, however it was very clean, quiet and spacious - everything we expected for our stay. The staff working at the front desk were always polite and gave us excellent recommendations on where... More

Great location in downtown Montreal, at a great price! Minutes from McGill, student ghetto, 10 from Uqam, shopping on St. Catherines, near the Plateau (15 mins), Parc la Fontaine (20 mins)...it's an unbelievably cheap deal. Rooms are very clean, spacious, with sofa beds as well. Kitchen is more than a kitchenette and very amenable to cooking what you bring from... More

I stayed from may 6 till 15th in delux 1 rm 2nd floor. I had no problem. Bed was comfy including pull out bed in couch. Computer table was a bit dusty but no big deal. Elevator is a bit slow if your in a hurry but nothing to cry about. Breakfast is continental and simple. You can walk across... More

L’Appartement Hôtel is a marvelous place situated in the heart of centre city Montreal where my family spent the first week of May. It was the children’s first time in Montreal and we did not know what to expect. The Hotel itself was quite nice. The lobby was comfortable, and the rooms were spacious and included a small kitchenette where... More

On check-in we were upgraded to a two bedroom suite. It was nice having the extra space, as we used the second bedroom for our luggage. The appartment was well equipped with everything you would expect for apartment accommodation including a decent size dining table. The kitchen was small but well layed out and concealed under cupboard lights were available... More

We chose this hotel for our 2-day stay in Montreal a while back. Originally we booked a queen bed studio but our room got upgraded to a queen bed suite for free upon arrival. The hotel lies in a very good location, not far from the McGill metro station linking you to the rest of the city. The suite was... More

This hotel had everything that we needed. The room we had was large and spacious, the hotel was clean with friendly staff and was also in a great location. Good value for the price and we would definitely staff there again on our next visit to Montreal.

Stayed for 3 nights. It's a clean, comfortable, 3 star hotel that offers good value. We picked the hotel because it is a 10 minute walk to Place des Arts and about 20 minutes to Old Montreal. The kitchen is well supplied for preparing meals. Enjoyed the free buffet breakfast. Recommend requesting a higher floor to avoid night time street... More

Staying in Le Plateau Mont-Royal

Neighborhood Profile
Le Plateau Mont-Royal
Go native in Plateau Mont-Royal, where bespoke shopping, hip eateries, and wacky paint jobs attract locals and transplants alike, making it one of the city's most diverse and distinctly authentic experiences. A creative hub, Montreal's artistic elite pack the cafes along Rue Saint-Denis, where young painters and fashion designers draw inspiration from the playful murals and stately Victorian homes that dot the Plateau's side streets. Not a major sightseeing destination, a visit to Plateau Mont-Royal allows you to enjoy a local perspective, soaking in indie films, latte art, contemporary galleries, and the city's best bagels. A center of polyglot culture, Québécois accents mingle with shades of Portuguese, Greek, and Hebrew in the area's iconic Mile End district, where restaurants straddle chic designer boutiques, serving up chorizo and caldo verde. Friendliest to those on foot, it's a jungle of colorful awnings and sidewalk umbrellas, pedestrian walks and luxury shopping.
