This is probably the best value you can get. The rooms are clean, cozy and quiet. There's free WiFi and the hotel is perfectly located, close to everything, including the bus terminal and the Metro (subway). I've been to this hotel 3 times and enjoyed it every time.

I had a 3 - night stay at Du Manoir. The hotel has a great location, lots of restaurants and bars around and the subway station is close too. The price is is low, the rooms are small and not a sound proof at all. If you are a traveler on a budget then this is the place for you.

For $65 a night we loved this hotel. The room and bathroom were clean. They allowed us to take our (clean) bikes into the room. The bathroom even had a hairdryer. It is gross!! It was a very dirty room. Sanitation questionable. Pest issues likely. Did not eat breakfast but it did not look great. Near adult entertainment. Worst hotel I have stayed in. In need of major renos. Did not feel very secure. Highly recommend staying somewhere else.

We come yearly to Montreal for our anniversary and this is the nicest place to stay in. Great friendly staff, the location can not be beaten, great value for your money, very safe and secure. I only wish the room showers were a bit bigger and an elevator to the third floor (and i am just being picky).
