The people are extremely unhelpful. They would not do anything for you. What they are interested is just to collect your money and they dump you as trash forever! They are impatient, rude and aggressive. The room is terrible. Absolute rubbish, never ever go there.

If you've been there, its probably because you got a bad deal from Hotwire. Like the others said, its not an hotel, but an apartment building. Paying over $100 for that is a rip off. Shame on Hotwire.

Appalling service, complete misrepresentation of amenities, and horrible rooms. No housekeeping, no front desk, nothing. Worst hotel I have ever encountered. I will never go back. I can't think of a single nice thing to say about this place, I feel completely ripped off.
