Visited Montreal for a weekend getaway that included La Ronde...I started my stay with a free Suite upgrade (there are only two King rooms, and the other room was occupied by a guest who decided to extend their stay.) A good start! The rooms were very clean, smelled nice, and had no musty odors, stains, etc. The surrounding neighborhood is... More

We recently stayed 2 nights for a wedding in St. Leonard. After a small error in the reservations system, the front desk supervisor (Siham) went out of her way to offer us a better room than we were expecting. The hotel lobby was modern, the room was great, and the breakfast was decent. The hotel was conveniently located right next... More

Easy access, good location. Restaurants within 5 to 10 Minutes by car. Very friendly and attentive staff, very nice and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was a good starter for the day. We enjoyed out stay very much.

Not impressed with this hotel at all. I have stayed here before in the winter and it was much different and cleaner. The pictures that are online are nothing like it really looks. Our room was dirty and had black hairs everywhere and the jets and tiles in the bathroom were very nasty. Would not recommend.

Recently changed over from Howard Johnson's to a Days Inn, didn't disappoint. We decided to book a room here because it was a very convenient location for a nearby family event. Easy to get to and surprisingly quiet for being right beside the highway, our room was small but clean and comfortable. A/C was nice on a hot summer's day/evening... More

We went up for a sporting event and just wanted a place that was clean, low cost, near transportation, and had free parking. This was great! We stayed a week and were back about a week later for a couple days (semifinals). Breakfast was an added bonus and good - many options and weekends had a full hot meal. Parking... More

We stayed three nights in this motel, and really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast served was more like a small restaurant than a normal motel self-serve area. Although you did have the normal self serve area, eggs, beacon, and eggs were served, and a staff member made your waffles for you. WiFi was better than the normal dial-up speed at... More

I stayed here once before with other members of my family for a wedding. We had 5 rooms booked, and the breakfast policy was very unclear, so some of us got breakfast, some of us didn't. It was all very awkward and embarrassing. I gave my feedback to the hotel, and they took my concerns very seriously and convinced me... More

Upon arrival I was impressed with the outside look of the motel. I had booked a room with two dbl beds but got a room with two queen instead, so far so good. Did not have a bathtub in our room only a shower with the grout blackened near the drain which looked dirty to me even though I'm sure... More

I booked this Hotel for more than 10 nights. In the parking already, I noticed it looks like a Motel. I asked but they say no its a Hotel. I decided to take the minimum number of nights, they said two nights is the minimal. They said I will get one of the best rooms, maybe I will stay the... More

Staying in Saint-Leonard

Neighborhood Profile
Saint-Leonard
Another focal point of Montreal's Italian community, Saint-Léonard appeals to families and the young at heart, with caverns to explore, museums to take in, and games to play. This is typified by the borough's Leonardo Da Vinci Centre, where visitors are just as likely to view an opera in its plush auditorium as they are to jump onto the lawn for a round of bocce ball. Burn off pasta calories with a stroll through Galerie Port-Maurice, a swim in the massive indoor pool of Complexe Aquatique, or on the steep ramps at Giuseppe-Garibalidi skate park. Perhaps the most curious and magical feature of the district can be viewed by boat on the waters of the underground lake in Saint-Leonard Cavern. A dazzling natural wonder, the sun dapples through the subterranean setting, lighting the bulbous formations of stalagmites and stalactites, and setting the water ablaze with color. Truly a place for an out-of-the-ordinary adventure.
