This is the second time we have stayed here and this B&B offers good value and clean and friendly accommodation. There is a good continental breakfast buffet in the back garden room behind the hot tub room and overlooking a nice urban garden. It should be noted that there is also a rooftop sun deck for the summer. Men this... More

We have travelled to Montreal for several years and have always stayed at this B&B. The owners and staff are always friendly, accommodating and helpful with local information. The breakfast is always excellent, in a beautiful breakfast room which spills out to the gardens in the warmer months. Hot tub and small gym are handy. Street parking, however, for a... More

We stayed in a room with a private bathroom for a weekend getaway. We were immediately charmed by the elegantly decorated common rooms which had a lot of character and warmth and were quickly walked to our room, which was equally charming. We enjoyed the red and yellow color scheme, there was free wifi which is always a great touch,... More

Just returned from a stay here. This guesthouse is absolutely beautiful. Decor is gorgeous in public rooms and the guest room was cheerful and warm with a very comfortable bed. The owner was pleasant and helpful and friendly without being obtrusive. The location is great and price was affordable. Breakfast was good, but it is continental, not an elaborate, full... More

This was my first time back to Montreal after 20 years. I decided to stay at the same B&B from years ago. It was so nice to return and after all these years still be treated like family. Luc made me feel welcomed the moment and arrived and was always around to answer questions. La Conciergerie was just what I... More

This was my first ever stay at La Conciergerie. It is by far one of the best B & B's I have ever stayed in. It should be in the top five in Montreal instead of #36. Luc the owner went out of his way to be very accommodating, helpful, etc. I felt very comfortable right away. This place is... More

Arrived in montreal via, via rail tock 12 hours they served food and had a restraunt onboard. The seats were very nice but next time ill take a sleeper car I think as I like the privacy. They also serve alcohol and have huge windows. The B&B was very charming with a work out area and a sauna not to... More

Found this place on some last minute travel with friends during a holiday weekend. This was a great place, and centrally located to everything. The hosts were lovely. I LOVED this place and would stay there again.

We had planned a get away from the Heat of Atlanta and three of us were heading to Montreal and the La Conciergerie Guest House. Hurricane Arthur interrupted the travel for two of us, but one did make it up for a long weekend and is enjoying a spendid time. He was not familiar with the city at all and... More

It was the last hour before we hopped into the car to drive north to Montreal that this quaint B&B popped up on my map. A quick call resulted in a solid reservation for that very evening, and we were on our way. We haven't stayed in too many inns, but I must say, this experience was delightful. Very conveniently... Staying in Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)

Neighborhood Profile
Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)
Named for the Olympic Stadium complexes built for the 1976 games, the Olympic Park and the surrounding neighborhood of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa) make up an invigorated area dedicated to "Space for Life." Around the Olympic Village's arenas and stadiums, Rue Sherbrooke welcomes exploration of its sculpture gardens decorated in the works of Jean-Paul Riopelle and its museum culture headed by the historical Château Dufresne. Maisonneuve Park offers interactive experiences at its bio-dome, insectarium, planetarium, and botanical gardens. For a change of scene, the gentrified space along Rue Ontario Est is packed with the city's newest, edgiest cafes, where an imaginative, youthful crowd sips foamy cappuccinos. A visit here is incomplete without stepping into the vast halls of the Maisonneuve Market, with flower stalls, wine depots, and local produce.
