The location of this hotel is wonderful and close to many things! The front desk staff were wonderful. We arrived a little early and they already had our room ready for us. The breakfast at this hotel is wonderful. It is not a buffet. The choices on the menu make it hard to pick what to order. Also, the restaurant... More

Although you can't tell from the very unassuming look on the outside , the hotel inside is a quaint, friendly place to stay. Every member of the staff that we encountered was very helpful and friendly. We stayed three nights and hated to move on. The breakfasts were wonderful, not large , but enough to eat, and very well presented.... More

This review is somewhat late but we wanted to tip our hat to this lovely hotel. We stayed last September and were very, very pleased with every aspect of the visit. Location is outstanding. As others have noted, the rooms are large, clean, comfortable and have wonderful light. Staff is attentive and pleasant. Breakfast was ample and very tasty. We... More

We booked in to this hotel. Do not be put off by the first look at the exterior .... it is in fact beautifully appointed and the rooms are big and bright! The welcome is genuine and it gets better! Friendly staff wherever you find them and most helpful in pointing guests in the right direction for enjoying downtown and... More

This was our second time here and certainly will not be the last. The staff is outstanding. All of the reception and breakfast staff were terrific in every way. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location in the Old Port was so convenient. You are able to walk to great areas that Montreal has to offer. Breakfasts were... More

Our room was was clean, comfortable and full of sunlight with a definite European flavor. The best part... More

My wife and I stayed one night in June, loved it so much we immediately booked it again for two nights two weeks later. It is very convenient for the Old Town and Port and provide parking outdoors if you need it. Very personal service, wonderful breakfast served with so much attention to detail. The rooms - one standard, one... More

The personal service provided by the front desk and concierge started by letting us drop our bags off early after a very early disembarkation from the Holland America Maasdam. We found few rooms in Old Town (Vieux Montreal) that could easily accommodate a third person. The very spacious and spotlessly clean double queen rooms in this lovely little hotel do... More
