THis is the hotel when we are in MOntreal. It is clean, food is good. The swimming area is great, glass bootom which can be seen at the entrance from hotel. There is a cold pool also. Jumped in and ran out.....Lots of fun. Close to Chinatown, food is great there.

Stayed here for a congress / conference. The staff were super helpful and accommodating - really quality service. The bedrooms well appointed & had Starbucks Coffee in the coffee maker - honestly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Despite having to feed a lot of people on mass the food was really excellent (often a... More

We had the pleasure of staying at Le Westin last weekend for two nights. The hotel is in an ideal location, right in Old Montreal, easy walking distance to the local area attractions like the Basillica, Old Port and Places Jacques Cartier and of course a multitude of restaurants and stores. It was also easily found off the highway for... More

Love the hotel, good location (Old Montreal). Clean room; except coffee maker was somewhat dusty; Housekeeping forgot to include an extra cup for coffee one of the days, while there were 2 guests staying in the room. Pool area needs some maintenance, though, metal ranges are where the water drains.

Great hotel - we were on the top floor in a larger suite (we paid extra to have a nicer room but so worth it). Check in: fast and was a breeze - the ladies at concierge and check in are excellent, friendly, efficient and well trained. Excellent. Restaurant: It was a long day for us so we decided to... More

We normally stay at boutique hotels so Le Westin is a bit out of our normal hotel style. That said the welcome from the valet and front desk was sincere, prompt and professionally friendly. The room was clean and spacious enough for our needs with plenty of drawer and closet space. Add to that deluxe bedding and other amenities and... More

My preferred hotel for business trips to Montreal. Conveniently located within walking distance of business district and to Old Montreal for after-work sight-seeing. Very fitness friendly with 24-hour fitness center, decent pool (look up for an odd view of the glass-bottom pool as you enter the hotel), and in-room map with suggested running routes. Check-in was quick, friendly, and efficient.... More

Hotel is in a good location a block or 2 from Old Montreal at a reasonable rate. Stayed in a suite which just had an added dorm style living room which was ok. Overall friendly and pretty nice hotel, you won't be blown away.

Le Westin is one of the best Westin's I have stayed in as a Starwood preferred guest member. My daughter and I were on a special trip together and were greeted by a friendly front desk woman who immediately responded to my concerns about construction in front of the hotel. She put us on a higher level floor which overlooked... More

It was a great stay, the staff were exceptionally nice and courteous. At check in, she offered if we were interested to have late checkout at 3pm at no charge. The valet are fast and efficient, we called from the room, and by the time we got downstairs, our car was there waiting for us, everytime. We for got to... More

Staying in Quartier International

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier International
Designed to connect and beautify unused space, today the Quartier International is like a transversal piece of modern art. The distinctive design flair is most apparent at its focal point, the Palais des Congres, a convention center and retail space with a multi-colored glass exterior and an equally bold interior motif. Outdoors too, the Quartier is friendly towards public art exhibits along its stylish, plotted city squares, with extra-wide sidewalks meant to encourage long strolls and shaded benches available for absorbing the atmosphere. Fresh air and promenades characterize the area, from the foliage of Victoria Square to the fountain of Place Jean-Paul Riopelle, while the restaurants along Rue Saint-Antonie Ouest and Metro stops modeled in the Parisian style give off European glamour.
