I booked a deluxe room, the hotel is well located and close to all the tourist spots, the rooms lack a mini bar and any food / wine / options. Disappointing for a high end hotel. The rooms are a bit dated. If you like a high end hotel I would opt for the intercontinental or the Omni

The property was great. Just spent a week at a convention and could not have stayed at a better location and hotel. The great staff, food, rooms and bed were above and beyond. Highest recommendations and never stayed as close to a major meeting - most convenient.

We stayed in Le Westin for just a night but the staff is very polite and can speak English pretty well so we didn't really have a problem with communication. The room was big and so was the batchroom and shower. The hotel is very close to Old Montreal which is also a must go as it gives you a... More

Out experience at this hotel was awesome ! Clean, big rooms and perfect position in the Montreal downtown (it is positioned just next to the Notre Dame Basiliqua).. Parking for the car not so expensive as in general the price you pay per night... I would definitely suggest this hotel, especially if you wanna visit Montreal simply by walk !!!

Party of 12 stayed at the hotel for the weekend. Each one of us had a great stay at hotel. Rooms were big and more important, clean. Bathroom showers had great water pressure and hot. Nothing like coming back after a long day out to a hot shower. Close to old montreal and chinatown. We all parked at the hotel... More

THis is the hotel when we are in MOntreal. It is clean, food is good. The swimming area is great, glass bootom which can be seen at the entrance from hotel. There is a cold pool also. Jumped in and ran out.....Lots of fun. Close to Chinatown, food is great there.

Stayed here for a congress / conference. The staff were super helpful and accommodating - really quality service. The bedrooms well appointed & had Starbucks Coffee in the coffee maker - honestly one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Despite having to feed a lot of people on mass the food was really excellent (often a... More

We had the pleasure of staying at Le Westin last weekend for two nights. The hotel is in an ideal location, right in Old Montreal, easy walking distance to the local area attractions like the Basillica, Old Port and Places Jacques Cartier and of course a multitude of restaurants and stores. It was also easily found off the highway for... More

Love the hotel, good location (Old Montreal). Clean room; except coffee maker was somewhat dusty; Housekeeping forgot to include an extra cup for coffee one of the days, while there were 2 guests staying in the room. Pool area needs some maintenance, though, metal ranges are where the water drains.

Great hotel - we were on the top floor in a larger suite (we paid extra to have a nicer room but so worth it). Check in: fast and was a breeze - the ladies at concierge and check in are excellent, friendly, efficient and well trained. Excellent. Restaurant: It was a long day for us so we decided to... More

Staying in Quartier International

Neighborhood Profile
Quartier International
Designed to connect and beautify unused space, today the Quartier International is like a transversal piece of modern art. The distinctive design flair is most apparent at its focal point, the Palais des Congres, a convention center and retail space with a multi-colored glass exterior and an equally bold interior motif. Outdoors too, the Quartier is friendly towards public art exhibits along its stylish, plotted city squares, with extra-wide sidewalks meant to encourage long strolls and shaded benches available for absorbing the atmosphere. Fresh air and promenades characterize the area, from the foliage of Victoria Square to the fountain of Place Jean-Paul Riopelle, while the restaurants along Rue Saint-Antonie Ouest and Metro stops modeled in the Parisian style give off European glamour.
