I was in this hotel for business. The position is ok, indeed there is a bus stop (also for the airport line) just in front of the hotel. It is just outside Chinatown, not a really nice area, but walking distance from the old port and the downtown. The hotel is modern with wide rooms. We were two in a... More

We decided to go to Mtl a day. This hotel is well situated near old mtl and place des arts. The rooms are small but ok. In the morning we were woken by kids crying next door. We asked for the continental breakfast and was informed that we had to pay. Would be nice to know that before we booked.... More

Stayed here with my family with two rooms and never will that happen again. We had a sprinkler head burst in one of our rooms causing all of our items to be soaked and many items lost. Very unsafe situation. The management had no idea how to turn off the sprinklers which allowed multiple floors of the hotel to flood.... More

liked my ultra modern room and nice view more than anything. hotel room was bigger than i expected but still relatively small. good enough for me though. lobby was a bit loud. interesting fashion casting something or another the next day. i thought the service was good but not overly friendly...not rude but more aloof. right next to chinatown and... Let me say I read some reviews and was prepared for the worst with this place, small room, area, whatever, my wife and I stayed in a loft, upon arrival everything was great, it has a terrace which Is quite nice for relaxing, having a few drinks, or enjoying a very random hotel wall scaling event. The staff was helpful... More

It was the second time I stayed at the Zero 1 in Montreal for business trip, and it was as great as the first time. Great location downtown and near Old Montreal. The room was very clean and comfortable, although quite small. The staff was very polite, nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was in Montreal for a conference at the Palais des Congres. The hotel is very convenient, right downtown, 4 blocks from the Palais. Easy airport access on the 747 bus. The hotel has a router in your room, so the signal was strong, and there is a business centre. The room was quiet, with a microwave and a refrigerator.... More

The hotel zero is a great find. The rooms are clean and comfortable and set up like a mini apartment so you can eat and drink if you choose. The location is central so it's easy to walk almost anywhere in the city. The staff is young and friendly. My favorite thing was the rooftop terrace for a relaxing outdoor... More

I traveled to Montreal for a 4 day conference at the Palais des congrès de Montréal. Was rather pleased with the stay at Hotel Zero 1. It has all you need for the business traveler. Easy to access WiFi -- the router is in your room so no issue with dropped and poor quality signals; a business center and a... More

Stayed at the Zero-1 as a convenient crash pad for a quick trip into Montreal for Just for Laughs. Locations was perfect, one block down and one block over from the festival district. It was clean and organized, if a little... Tired... Obviously a Reno of something older to give it that hip, modern look, but much of it just... More
