Pros: Nice proprietors, nice rooms, reasonable price, near a couple of Bixi bike rental stations Cons: Noisy (it's at the intersection of two busy streets); neighborhood is boring, a bit dumpy, and is not near the major tourist destinations (indeed, it's "inn between" the neighborhoods where you might want to stay)
