We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is centrally located and the staff was very accomodating. The restaurant is a bit overpriced but there are many good restaurants nearby. The room was oversized and clean and very quiet. Stay here rather than the Holiday Inn next door. You'll be happier.

This hotel is located just down the street from the main gates of McGill...short walking distance. This made our trips to campus easy and taxi-free. The hotel is extremely clean. The lobby staff are helpful and friendly. The pool and fitness center are clean, with a wonderful rooftop view of the city. Every afternoon there was delicious iced tea and cookies in the lobby. We walked everywhere from here: the old city, up "the mountain", to museums, to evening concerts.

Overall good experience staying here for 13 nights. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff. Free WiFi everywhere incl rooms. Even dinners at the hotel were good. Good clean rooms. Very happy staying in this establishment. Good Food and Service, Lovely spacious rooms. Access to heated pool and Gym on the top floor. Free Wifi and wired internet access in rooms. Staff always friendly and willing to assist.

Overall, nothing too fancy about the rooms, but I was very happy with my stay. When I went to out, there were extra charges on my bill that were not mine (including parking for the length of my stay, even though I didn't have a car), but the desk staff quickly fixed my bill.
