The Repos & Manna B&B was a great way to experience Montreal at it's finest. Nestled in a quiet section of Montreal and within a 2 minute walk of the Metro, we were able to get around the city, just like a "Montrealer". The beds were comfortable, the breakfasts were yummy and the host Tony was a great conversationalist. so... More

My wife, myself and our two adult sons visited four days and had a marvelous time. Tony is a pro at this. Great beds, great breakfasts, very clean establishment in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown and Metro stop. Tony is very helpful with local information, a tremendous value. We will stay there when we visit Montreal again.

I recently spent 3 nights at this lovely b&b. Received a warm welcome from Tony and was shown to my well-appointed room. There are many thoughtful touches in the place, all to enhance guests' comfort, nice large bathroom on my floor, all very clean. I was grateful for the air conditioner in room on a muggy day. Location is ideal,... More

My brother and I stayed here for 2 nights on a weekend trip to Montreal - the location was perfect (we walked everywhere), the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very comfortable. It felt like home and we had a great time talking to Tony. He also offered us a lot of great advice on how to get around... More

Our group greatly enjoyed our stay in Montreal! This place has a great location, one block from the metro. Close to downtown. Tony also fixes a wonderful breakfast every morning. The place was also very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home!

Repos & Manna has a great location in a welcoming neighborhood with good restaurants within easy walking distance. Access to the metro is a block away, so you can be downtown quickly and easily. Inside the bnb, the furnishings are very comfortable (especially the beds!), and the breakfasts are amazing. You will find in Tony, however, much more than just... More

Staying here was great. The breakfast was great (delicious and healthy), the beds were very comfortable (double beds), and Tony was a great host. It is in a great location close to the metro (2 blocks) and downtown and in a safe neighborhood. I would definitely recommend it and hope to stay there if I return to Montreal in the... More

We reserved the entire B & B for our group of 9 adults, and it was an excellent experience. The beds were comfortable (and I am picky!) and the bathrooms were clean. The breakfast was healthy, fresh, and yummy. He even made a "to go" breakfast for us when we had to leave at 4:30 AM to catch a plane... More

Great host, cooks a mean breakfast. Clean, hospitable home, close to metro and amenities. Highly recommend for first and return visitors to Montreal. Tony takes care of his guests and provides helpful information. Thanks Tony.

You're most welcome my friends....as in Bed & Breakfast, your sleep must be comfortable, and the breakfasts must be deliciously fulfilling. We believe we have achieved both areas to the fullest, and we truly appreciate when our guests notice this "perfection" and share this with the world. It then becomes a win-win for all! You guys are always welcome here,... More

We stayed with Tony for the 2015 F1 GP. We booked this stay months in advance and we lost our confirmation information. We called Repos & Manna B&B and Tony returned my call quickly. He provided all the details and resent our confirmation information. We arrived in the afternoon, that evening Tony spent a good hour meeting with us to... More

Staying in Le Sud-Ouest (Southwest District)

Neighborhood Profile
Le Sud-Ouest (Southwest District)
Once the core of industrialized Montreal, the factories and historic buildings of Le Sud-Ouest have been renovated into homes, museums, and small businesses. The rejuvenated landscape has put its Saint-Henri district in vogue, with cutting-edge galleries and an ever-expanding network of restaurants. Foodies can especially delight in the mom-and-pop shops in Little Burgundy, or at the Atwater Market, where outdoor stalls sell fresh fruit, vegetables, and meat, street vendors have menus of hot fish and wine, and the indoor market offers chocolate, breads, and coffee beans. Dominated by the gentle waters of the Lachine Canal, Le Sud-Ouest is still very much an outdoor town, with a number of pedestrian-only bridges traversing the waters, bike paths along the canal with views of the Leisure Boats, and massive green spaces like Angrignon Park to stop for a picnic, or to play a sport.
