comfy beds with clean sheets, decent lobby, accommodating english speaking staff, free coffee in rooms, clean towels, nice smelling rooms, far away from attractions but but very near the subway station, literally just 1 minute walk to station

I was here back in 2004 for a school trip. Only spent one night as had to travel back to Nova Scotia. Beds were awesome, tons of space for 4 teenagers in the room. Didn't really hear any noise from the hallway. Only thing I wish they did back then would have offer some kind of breakfast when we left... More

This hotel is more like a government run-down housing complex. Many to mention. The elevator door edges are chipped and peeling off. noisy HVAC, dirty washroom. Here is the worst: American breakfast $12 when other lower cost places are free. Lousy!!!!! it is ripped off for travellers like us on the run.

An amazing sleep i did have indeed... The Sandman hotel was a great hotel, only a couple of train stops away from the main city. Really close to a lot of activities by just catching the train. The hotel was nice, modern - the outside seemed a bit deteriorated but overall a very enjoyable experience.

The location of the hotel is very good. You'll get within 5 minutes by subway to Berry UQAM and the main part of Montreal. The hotel is located on the opposite of the subway station and is really easy to get. The hotel is clean and a nice pool and sauna area. The only bad thing about the big rooms... More

We arrive late around midnight, so when we arrive at the room we had the 2 girls prepared herself to go to bed. WOAH, one said the bed was full of hair so we tried to clean our best and then disaster came: Our oldest daughter said YARK, what's this, we look and my wife and I knew it was... More

My husband and I chose this hotel for a weekend getaway to Montreal. We wanted some place with free parking, free wifi, and close to the metro for a good price. Not having to drive downtown is a bonus. This hotel has been great for us. The linens are nice, and the decor seems modern enough. The pool and exercise... More

We stayed for a weekend team tournament and it was a good clean establishment for a reasonable price per night. I didn't see any restaurants in the hotel, but it was just across from the Longueuil subway station which we went for a quick breakfast at either McDonald's, Tim Horton's, etc. and there were plenty of local restaurants for lunch... Sandman is a great hotel. It is clean and also very convenient. It is right next to the metro station and also right next to the St lawrence river which shows fireworks on specific nights during the summer. You'd be able to see the firework right at the hotel. Inside the metro station there is a mini mart which will... More
