Nice hotel out of the city great prices on it because its about a 5-10 min drive into the city. Non the less it was a little small but it was nice overall. We stayed 2 nights went into city a lot and went skiing in Mont tremblant which was about an hour away.

We needed to find a motel that allows dogs and we found Hotel L'Express on the web. Room was small but clean- no hit of any smoke smell. Really good breakfast- 4 slices of bacon, 2 eggs, toast, home fries ( which were NOT greasy) and coffee. Waitress at breakfast very nice and I don't speak french and had no problem... More

1. smells like smoke as soon as you walk up the stairs and through the hall to your room. 2. there is a disgusting, dusty, dented, dirty crumb filled toaster on top of a fridge. 3. went to use the bathroom, toilet was broken. thank goodness our dad could fix it. there's mould in the grout in the tiles, all... We booked on a special "fall in love" package. While we didn't care that the bottle of wine never got provided, it seemed disappointing that we had to ask for coffee to brew in the morning and would have had to ask for our bottle of wine. When calling the restaurant, the woman taking my breakfast order didn't understand much... More

Outside is a little run down. Rooms were clean and air worked good. W e traveled with a small dog and had no issues. Ate supper at the hotel(due to some tire issues and they stayed open 30 minutes late for us. Breakfast was very good and filling. The front desk was very polite and helpful. A lot of the... More

Coming from Niagra Falls headed to Quebec on business/vacation. I made reservations here since it was a few miles from 6 Flags La Ronde. Old style feeling. Older building w/some renovations. The staff are every dedicated to serving you, and Evelyn- yes Evelyn! The nice older front desk staff from Switzerland. She's so hospitable, I felt like I was at... More

The service quality as far as the front desk was very good. Unfortunately, the restaurant service was not as good. In fact, the server was rude at times and appeared over taxed with the workload. The rooms were clean and the bed was pretty decent. The only issue was the shower taps; very difficult to manipulate and get to work... More

You get what you pay for. The staff are great. Breakfast is quite good. The hotel is old and a bit run down but it is what you would expect for the price. It is in the middle of nowhere but convenient to the highway if you are just looking for a basic place to sleep while passing through. The... More

We booked a room through an online booking service for a family of five - two double beds and a cot. When we arrived, there was no room to put the cot, except to block the bathroom door and have it pushed against another bed. When we asked the service desk they said that although it was possible to add... More

The room was small but comfortable. Carpeting outdated. Nice air conditioning. The hallways, reception and restaurant reeked of cigarette smoke. This was the major 'turn-off' to the family. Staff was nice enough. No buckets for ice. Vending machine out of order. For the price there is much better accomodations at the WelcomeInn just down the road.
