If you need somewhere to stay to rest your head for a night or two & not spending anytime here , then its ok ! , Other than that , it was musty & very out dated . Needs some work for sure ! Very small shower !

We (4 from northern Illinois) just stayed the one night. The motel was comfortable and clean. It was a bit dated, but that really didn't matter. The staff was friendly and helpful. We happen to be in Summerside just before Canada Day and there was a 5 day motorcycle gathering (Atlanticade) going on. It was noisy but the bikers were... More

Great place to stay if you're in PEI, it's a short day trip to anywhere on the island from here, the price is really reasonable, room has a kitchenette, very clean and they allow pets. Friendly and wonderful people. We stayed a week here and I couldn't recommend it more. If we travel back to the island we will definitely... More

The room was very clean, bed very comfortable, and staff exceptionally friendly. Room had a couch, 2 burner hot plate, full size fridge, coffee maker, microwave, and lots of dishes. Stayed four night and definitely choose this motel again if staying in Summerside. Ones of the staff even drove us to meet our crew when the regular shuttle bus did... More

This is a vintage hotel and judging by our room and our friend's room, they are perhaps setup for extended stays. We had decent sized refrigerator, hot plate and kitchen sink in our room. Our friends room had a small kitchen area. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean.

Obviously the outside of this vintage Hotel looks dated, but rooms are updated (even hardwood floors) exceptionally clean. Comfortable bed, great sleep. There was also table & 2 chairs with sofa, fridge, microwave, toaster oven & 2 burner hot plate. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very friendly staff. Restful place. Would definitely stay again on a return visit. 5+... More

We have stayed here at the Green Acres Motel in the past about 3 times. We really like staying here in Summerside PE and this motel is located on the western edge of town. This time we were given a room at the front of the motel, room 2. It has a nice Lady Diana poster on the wall. This... More

We tried to book at the Cairns and Clarke but both were full. One of them recommended the Green Acres Motel. I think it was the proprietor of the Cairns. They have high ratings so I assumed they knew what a decent place would be like. Was I ever wrong. The place is 1950ish. The outside has been updated and... More

Canceled my reservation there because I e-mailed after reserving through the Internet asking for a written confirmation (standard practice) and NEVER got an answer to my THREE separate e-mails. Bad management/ownership. In this day and age, you CAN'T ignore business e-mails!

In our travels around Newfoundland, Nova Scotia and PEI this was by far the best value we got for our money. The rooms are large, very clean and well equipped. Summerside is beautiful and a very convenient location for sightseeing the entire province.
