We spent 3 wonderful nights at the Colonial Charm Inn. We had a great time with Reg, Shelley & all of the guests. The atmosphere is very laid back and you instantly feel right at home! The breakfasts are delicious. Can't say enough good things about Reg & Shelley. Was a very special connection with both of them - they... More

I recomend it. It was a great luck to found this hotel, excellent stay, is like being at home. The food was excellent. The best was to wake up and to be received with an amazing and delicious breakfast and talks with others guests. I will come back again and stay at this hotel to enjoy the beautiful PEI.

We stayed here two nights in early August and had a great time. The location is great--it's a quick 5-10 minute walk into downtown, but far enough away to be quiet at night. The building is old, but very well maintained; the rooms were well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. It was our first time visiting Charlottetown, and... More

We had a fantastic stay here! Shelley and Reg are the most welcoming people you could ask for with more than extensive knowledge of the whole island! The breakfast is delicious (you can tell they take pride in what they make) and exactly what you need to start a day of exploring. We were given food and the best beach... More

We really enjoyed our stay at this B&B. We were greeted very warmly the second we walked through the doors. They were so friendly! We stayed in room #3, which had a king size bed and private bath. The room was a comfortable size and exceptionally clean. The location was great, only a 10 minute walk to the heart of... More

We picked this Inn based on the reviews. Have never had more of a disconnect between reviews and the reality. This place is old as in a grandmother's attic old. Not charming and pleasant old. It was very dark and musty and neighborhood was rundown, though very close to a nicer area. People are pleasant who run it. Just think... More

I understand this place is going for a bit of antique feel, howeverx the main room us amazing but I stayed in the back in the 2 bedroom suite and the rooms are OLD. Not old because it's antique, but old because it needs to be fixed. The hallways are slanted so be careful when you are going in and... More

I am glad to hear that you enjoyed our wonderful hospitality and great location. I apologize if the bathroom door was not closing properly for you. It was not brought to our attention so we were unaware you had any problems. Perhaps it was due to the high humidity we had back in July which can cause swelling with wooden... More

This is a wonderful place to stay. Shelly and brother Reggie are amazing hosts. Always ready to help with anything, from suggesting itineraries and activities, to places to eat, to garages to take your car if needed. They even made our dinner reservations. The building itself really does have a colonial charm. If you like antiques, this is a nice... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Colonial Charm Inn. The inn itself is a lovely place and our room (the Hannah Faith Room) was spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal for exploring the city without having to use your car. The breakfasts and evening snacks were absolutely delicious. But what really sets this B&B apart are the hosts.... More

Innkeeper Shelly and chef Reggie are the most hospitable hosts I've ever met. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and convenience. The location is an easy walk to the downtown area. Breakfast was delicious. No great views but a very comfortable stay.
