Charming ex railroad hotel tastefully up to date on facitities. Rooms good, comfortable and clean. Got several good nights sleep despite Jet Lag Good bars and restaurants close by in walking distance Only let down was speed of service. Sometimes excellent sometimes slow. All in all a good place to stay

We have stayed at the Rodd twice in the last two years and were delighted with the friendly staff, the 'old-time' ambience and the comfortable rooms. Marvellous breakfast. Perfectly located for rambling around downtown, too.
