We were really looking forward to staying here, the pictures on the website looked lovely. The parking is extremely limited, fortunately we were able to park on the street and not get a ticket! Disappointing stay to say the least. The Inn is very pretentious, wanting to be a four star, high class small boutique hotel, but instead it offers a small room located in an "annex"(which was actually just a small hotel- like room) no elevator, small bathroom with a few thin towels. We booked our reservation on Expedia for 2 adults and 2 children including their ages, 16 and 17. We researched all of the bed and breakfast places using Expedia and Trip Advisory before choosing the Dundee Arms and we are glad we did. The inn itself looks very characterful but we were housed in the annexe which is more modern and functional. It's conveniently positioned in the centre of town though walks to Victoria Park and the Warf are minutes away. I would highly recommend staying at this quaint, clean and perfectly situated Inn. We didn't get to eat here, although we heard the food was also great.
