This B&B has a great location. It is in a nice area and you can walk to the city center. The breakfast was good. What I did not like was that I never met the owner; that is why I like B&Bs because the owner makes it cozy and is nice to meet them and talk to them. It did... More

Our room was nice and spacious. The hosts were very welcoming and had great suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. Breakfast was good and it was fun chatting with the other guests. We took advantage of the laundry. The location is within walking distance of the town centre. We would recommend this place to anyone!

My husband and I stayed here one night in Charlottetown and found this to be a great bed and breakfasts. The hostesses were great and helpful in recommendations. The rooms were clean and spacious and the location perfect to walking to center of town....Breakfast was delightful and a joy to talk to other guests from other countries and share their... More

A wonderful gem! Several rooms, all updated and comfortable in this historic home. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Delicious breakfasts with a choice of entree each morning. The laundry facilities were a God send! :) Staff were friendly and helpful in recommending eating spots and visitor must sees. Will definitely stay again and recommend to family... More

Excellent, excellent! Extremely great value! Nutritious breakfast. Staff is superb and great ambience! Very handy location-quiet. Can't say enough about it! Nothing more needs to be said but entry requires 200 words! Repeat to get 200 words: Nothing more needs to be said but entry requires 200 words! Nothing more needs to be said but entry requires 200 words!

We had a great experience at Sonata. The staff was very helpful and it was located within easy walking distance from great restaurants and the theater. It is an older house but well maintained and clean. Internet access and washing facilities are a plus. It was easy to access roads out of town and find when we returned. On site... More

Stayed here for several nights in September of 2013. The bathroom was basic but clean. The staff was very friendly. The overall feeling was lacking personality and not by any means a b&b. It felt like a business being run by cheap laboring workers. Don't get me wrong, they were extremely friendly but it was different than a b&b or... More

We spent two nights here and could not have been more pleased. This is a first rate operation with large comfortable rooms and beds, good food, and service that should serve as a model for customer satisfaction. The staff is knowledgable, friendly, helpful, and eager to provide the best service possible. We recommend The Sonata Inn without any reservation what... More

We stayed at the Sonata Inn for 3 nights in September, we had a large comfortable room with nice cross ventilation, a very nice bed and furniture and a fine bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have a great breakfast served family style in the dining room where you can chat with the other guest about... More
