My wife and I stayed here the first night of our honeymoon in Canada. We had a delightful stay with Joyce and Larry. Perfect accommodations, gracious hosts, convenient location near the VIA Rail station and Windsor's Little Italy, and a superb breakfast! Five stars!

Ye Olde Walkerville B & B is a lovely home located in a trendy part of Windsor. I stayed on the top floor - Kind suite which is very spacious and comfortable. The hosts are wonderful, engaging and helpful with sharing local knowledge and directions!!! The breakfasts are fabulous. Beautifully presented - LOTS of food. Gluten free and vegetarian diets... My husband & I had a wonderful stay. The best sleep in a looong time! It was peaceful and comfortable. The location was fantastic, only a block away from Willistead Manor. The breakfasts were delicious and many of the breakfast items were local such as the cider & the culinary lavender. We instantly felt welcomed by Joyce and we look... More

B&B was in a lovely part of Windsor, great for walking around and enjoying all the different styles of houses. Close to the riverfront which is great for taking in the view of the Detroit River and the skyline. I was greeted by their son when I first arrived, after slight confusion he confirmed my reservation, showed me to my... More

We needed to be in Windsor for an early morning event, so staying over night was a good alternative. We wanted to be centrally located but steer clear of the Casino scene, so this B&B provided a welcome alternative in terms of cost, location and ambiance. It is located on a relatively quiet street on the fringes of Walkerville, an... More

I spent a night in this BB and the hosts were awesome. I arrived very late and someone was waiting at me. I met the couple in the morning and I felt like I was spending time with my family. The breakfast was delicious, I unfortunately didn't stay longer to enjoy it as I needed to live. They even gave us... More

My husband and I stayed here last year and gave it a great rating; the hosts really deserved it. Then we were passing through Canada again this August (en route from Maine back to home in Chicago) and wanted to give them our return business. Neither of us have cell phones equipped for Canada, so we emailed them the day... More

Our apologies to 'perplexed' as we are likewise. We have no record of emails or other communications with them and no notations in our reservations book. Though busy at that period expect that we could have accommodated them and are always particularly delighted to welcome back return guests. We do make a practice of acknowledging all internet email reservation requests... More

We wanted to explore Windsor with some friends. The lodgings were quaint, quiet, decorated beautifully, and easy to find. Larry and Joyce welcomed us, provided us with routes to wineries, delicious restaurants in Windsor, the parlor in the late afternoon for a glass of our newly purchased wine, and a five star breakfast. Their warm hospitality was perfect for our... More

My husband and I were married at the bed and breakfast yesterday! We stayed 2 nights total and Larry and Joyce were more than accommodating to myself, my husband and the 12 guests that stayed the weekend as well as to all the guests visiting for my wedding!! They jumped in to help out wherever they could and were so... More

The owners Larry & Joyce are wonderful, very pleasant and make you feel welcomed. They are knowledgeable about Windsor - what to do and what to see. My mother and I very much enjoyed the house, company, breakfast & stories.
