This is a great Hotel, stayed two nights. It is right on the river overlooking the Detroit Skyline and the big General Motors Offices. Caesars has a lovely pool and hot tub, nice rooms with free WI-FI, shower and bath tub. Also has a Johnny Rocket's restaurant, Artists restaurant, Taza Med Grill, a large reasonably priced Market Buffet one price... More

Very large beautiful casino. The rooms were very nice with spacious modern bathrooms including both a tub and a glass shower. The casino is huge so be prepared to walk. You do have to pay for drinks which is unlike Vegas and I felt ripped off by exchanging your currency because you had to use Canadian currency to gamble. The... More

For being located right across from Detroit, you'd think the staff would at least know how to get there. They were no help. Did not know the immediate area they worked in or lived. Beverage service, horrendous. Obviously in Canada you have to pay for your drinks, but even then, the service was at a turtles pace. Hence the title... More

We have been to Vegas many times and weren't sure how Caesars Windsor would compare. I am happy to report that it was a very positive experience! The resort/casino is very nice, and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. We will definitely be back. Be sure to ask for a river view when booking your reservation. We stayed in the Augustus... More

I was excited to be staying at Caesars Windsor for business mid June 2015. After a 4.5 hr drive, l arrived and proceeded to self parking, instead of valet, as l was worried about taking a wrong turn and ending up in USA (which actually happened to a colleague). From what l did see of Windsor while driving in and... More

Dear Nshwaaswi, Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. Our valet entrance is located a considerable distance from the tunnel and with recent enhancement to the border crossing this not be a concern for any future trips. We are happy you enjoyed several of the amenities we have to offer and you had a very restful... More

Went over early Saturday morning, had lunch at the buffet. Had no problem finding something good to eat and feeling full. The casino is beautiful, very Vegas like. The machines were tight tho. Didn't win no more than $15 dollars at a time. Could use some more flint stone machines, never did get on one. Had some drinks, with barely... More

We stayed there for the express purpose of the Blue Rodeo Concert. :-) Our room was on one of the lower floors in the Forum (adults only) tower. Having separated towers like this is a good idea, thank you. Room itself was fine, but nothing special. Thankfully, even on the lower floors the tower was separated enough from the young'uns... I wasn't expecting much when checking in for a business trip to Windsor but I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised with my 2 night stay at Caesar's. My room was very comfortable, spacious and clean. The hotel staff were so friendly and attentive and there were a ton of dining options right on site - I didn't... More

Big, luxurious hotel on the Canadian side of the border with U.S. Hotel was located on the waterfront with nice view of Detroit's skyline, both day and night. To find the hotel entrance was extremely difficult for first time visitors, especially when we arrived late at night (slightly before midnight). There was no signage and we ended up circling the... Dear bkpkwok, We are sorry that you found it difficult to find our property. Our signage is located on the 401 and along the riverfront. We are currently looking at upgrading the signage; the new signs will be brighter to help stand better. We do charge a $10 resort fee for any non-Total Rewards members. I am unsure of who... More

Overall a nice stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained. There were, however, a few small things that keep me from giving this hotel and "Excellent" rating. First was the check-in. We arrived at 3:30pm and got through the check-in process quickly enough. Our room was not ready, as check-in doesn't actually begin until 4:00pm and were told to... More
