I stayed at Planet Traveler in Toronto in Nov 2014, it was my first time staying at hostel. The hostel is very clean, modern, its roof top is amazing, it has amazing view of the city. The staff are very friendly and go out their way to help when it is needed. Special thanks to the staff Maya, she even... More

The staff were really friendly and quite knowledgeable and happy to help out the guests. The hostel also organised several social activities during my stay. Clean and tidy too. On the negative side there wasn't an oven which was annoying because they could have put one in the place of the broken dishwasher, they close the common room at midnight... More

I booked this location a night in advance and was also able to secure parking, which was well priced for being in such a busy city. The hostel couldn't have been in a better location. There was a market around the corner with many cultures, so food & shopping was always great. You could catch a trolley right in front... More

Very good hostel. Prices are reasonable, rooms and bathrooms are clean, facilities are really good and they provide breakfast until 1pm. Loads of different cereals and bagels to choose from. We were just below the rooftop bar but only had one night when our sleep was distrurbed - that was due to a birthday party but it didn't go on... More

Planet Traveler Hostel is a great central place to walk most of Toronto. Rooms small but comfortable for two (three would be a squeeze). Bathrooms excellent. Breakfast all you could want apart from a cooked meal. Fresh fruit, tea, coffee available all the time. Staff very helpful and friendly. Hostel laundry wonderful. Would definitely stay again if in Toronto.

My single night in Toronto, I had to make a good choice. This is not the cheapest place you can find, but for sure it is a great deal, considering the amazing services and specially the terrace view to the city. Simply amazing for some night shots, if you like photography. The only thing that may classify this place as... More

Firstly all the staff are really nice and helpful and like to have a laugh when they are working which makes the place that more enjoyable, and are happy to chat and answer any questions you have! The downstairs are is open planned with... More
