I was brought to Toronto on business, but I now plan on returning for pleasure. And when I do, I plan on staying at The Hazelton. Their guest rooms are exceptionally stylish and you feel like a celebrity as soon as you walk in the lobby. The location in the Yorkville area gives an abundance of shopping, nightlife, and dining... more

I really like this hotel... after all is the only 5 start hotel in Toronto. Everything is still very new. The hotel is softly n modernly decorated. The art work all throughout the hotel was very nice. Also I like the location very much, there are very nice boutiques and cafes very close by and bloor is just a few... more

This hotel deserves the great reviews it receives and its difficult to understand the poor reviews. The location cannot be beat. Its a new hotel that has got everything right. Service is amenable and efficient. Food quality is top of the game. Have stayed at the Four Seasons across the street a number of times and it has nothing on... more

Beautiful new hip hotel, stayed here because were so anxious for the opening and during the Film Festival for a reason. We got a special deal and reserved using a promo code and got a beautiful Executive Suite. It was brand new and extremely spacious. All grey, very old Hollywood glam! ONE restaurant by mark mcewan, is one of the... more

At this kind of price you have to be superb and the Hazelton almost pulled it off. Since I was here on business the room was the most important thing and the rooms are excellent - I was in one of the luxury rooms on the 2nd floor - enormous black marble bathrooms with a TV screen embedded in the... more

I've just returned from a 2 night stay at the Hazelton and it was everything I hoped for and more. The junior suite I had was beautiful, and the staff were incredibly professional. Absolutely nothing was a problem. I've stayed in many hotels throughout the world and this was one of the best. I needed stockings urgently early one morning... more

I will start with the positives - well-furnished and spacious rooms. Bathrooms were immense and luxurious. They clearly put some money in the design and structure of the physical property. The negatives - the staff seemed lost, amateurish service. It's as if they have never worked in 5 star hotel before. A sense of inexperience bordering on incompetence pervaded the... more

This hotel is definitely one of the best city hotels I've stayed, period. It really reminded me of Four Seasons Hotel in NYC but imagine more personalized and chic! The room was spacious, the bathroom was exactly how I would love to remodel my home bathroom if budget was limitless, the staff were attentive but not in your face. I... more

This was an excellent place to stay. Just the two of us, without kids, so we really enjoyed the sophistication and style of this hotel. The location was fine, plenty of upscale shopping nearby. The hotel staff could not have been more friendly, efficient or helpful. We would stay here again in the blink of an eye! more

What an amazing hotel. Stunning design, sleek and modern but comfortable. Such great service. Every request was more that fulfilled. The rooms were extremely comfortable. The bed was dreamy, the bath enormous. Easily my favorite hotel in Canada. One restaurant is incredible. Great food and scene. Not cheap but worth it for the extra special details. more
