This hotel is no longer called the "Novotel", but don't let that scrare you from staying. My sister & I have stayed here several times. It's well worth spending the extra money for an overnight stay before flying out to our holiday destination for an early morning flight. Parking is included for ONE car, and extra for a second. My... more

I had a gift certificate voucher that I had purchase through a fundraiser for the arts. Had intended to stay at this property prior to flying out, but that trip did not happen. After reading that the property was no longer a Novotel, I was worried about my reservation, but all was well. Same owners, different hotel chain. (New chain... more

Just some know-before-you-go info: When I stayed here in September, the hotel was in the process of changing hands...I'm not sure what the new hotel name was supposed to be, but it's no longer Novotel. The sign outside just reads 'Hotel', and it's a white building with a parking garage behind it. Note you do have to pay to park... more

We stayed at this hotel twice in August, after arriving from London and again before flying onto Vancouver. The hotel was not easy to find, but we found it to be clean and comfortable. The room price was very reasonable when compared to Europe, although we found the restaurant to be very expensive (the food was excellent though). Although close... more

I checked into this hotel late on a Thu night; stayed till noon next day to use the pool and fitness. I'm not so sure I'd return. I had trouble finding it. It's a non-descript 5 story newer building in a weird area. Carlingview runs next to the Airport hiway. It has way too many strip clubs, along with a... more

Needed to stay in a hotel due to a 11 hour layover at Torontos Airport June 24, 2008, after reading good reviews on The Novotel Airport Hotel, decided to stay there. Upon arrival, the information booth called the hotels van which came in about 10 minutes. Check in was smooth and orderly, no muss nor fuss. Forgot my swim suit... more

On the way south on holidays we stayed overnight at the Novotel Toronto Airport that we found very good indeed for an overnight stay near the airport. One feature is a free airport shuttle – you have to call them from the airport and board at ground level, post S5. You also need to tell them what time you are... more

I needed to stay near to the airport and I found Novotel Toronto Airport perfect for my needs. Good staff, clean room, WiFi connection to Internet, ... I had only a bad experience; i wanted to know how to benefit of the free courtesy shuttle from the airport to the hotel and I asked that by e-mail and I received... more

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night in June 07. After losing my luggages, the staff in the hotel was very kind to offer me towels and toiletries. Originally, I was put into a room whose door handle does not work. When I told the staff about this problem, they promptly put me into another room. The dinner and... more
