First of all, great location. I've stayed here many times before, right at King and Yonge, the TTC (subway) is right outside the door, as is the streetcar. The hotel is connected to the PATH (underground pedestrian system) and you can walk just about anywhere.

The person who checked me in was very friendly and put me in a nice room with a view of the CN Tower. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom would benefit from a renovation, but overall, I was satisfied.

Spent one night mid-week, attending a concert at the waterfront. Beautiful view of the city, comfortable room. Internet in room is only wired. Valet parking is tricky and can be difficult to get into when things are busy. It really helps that I already know the city well, otherwise it would have been a chore.
