My daughter and I stayed at the Cosmo July 13 - 18. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel. EXCELLENT and FABULOUS front desk staff! They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Great suggestions and they treated us like family. Their attention to detail helped make our stay memorable. Spotless rooms, great... more

The bedroom was so small there was no room for suitcase or even a chair to sit (except at the desk situated directly under the television. The only place to sit was on the bed! The room was also quite dark as well as the lobby and breakfast room. The desk and breakfast staff were not exceptionally friendly. One can... more

Great room and amenities. Excellent staff and great location....Parking was a bit pricy but this is usually the price you have to pay in downtown. I truly recommend it! more

We stayed at the Cosmopolitain for 3 days (Thursday to Sunday). You cannot ask for a better location. We came by train so it was just a 5 minutes walk from Union Station. The King subway station is just minutes away and you have many restaurants nearby. We booked through Travelocity for a room "deluxe with lake view". We were... more

I stayed at this hotel in June and I was on a business trip. I liked everything about this hotel, except their cancellation policy. I was told that I would be changed fees if I canceled my reservation within 24 hours of my reservation. In the business world, things can change quickly and one needs sometimes to change plans and... more

Stayed here on a recent one night trip to Toronto. Seemed well-located and reasonably priced. I thought it was a good choice, but not a great one. The positives were the hotel is well situated near the financial district and quite convenient to everything and the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. I thought the rooms were a... more

This was a great hotel right in the centre of Toronto and walking distance to most attractions. The staff were very friendly and made it easy to enjoy the holiday. We had the deluxe room (mid-range room) which was spacious with a fully equipped kitchenette (hob, coffee maker, sink, utensils, microwave), washer/dryer, iron board etc. They had free Zen mediation... more

If you are looking for a boutique-y type, cosmopolitan, cool hotel just off of Younge Street in downtown Toronto that is not like your average Hilton/Hyatt/cookie cutter hotel, this one is for you! It has everything one could want-attentive staff, clean, rooms filled with Zen and calmness (i.e., when you check in, they ask you what kind of incense you... more

My hubby and I decided to leave our darling kids at home this time and have a weekend in the city- A romantic weekend I add. we had previously stayed at Horseshoe Resort and loved it as did our kids.
