Check in was a breeze...not much more to say. The staff were friendly with a sense of humor, not snobby like some of the higher end hotels. Our room was on the 24th floor, only 4 rooms per floor. Overall the room was clean and well laid out. With a full kitchen in the rooms you could easily stay here... More

I stayed here for business recently. The room was nice and spacious...that's about it. Walls were scuffed up, bathroom was a little grimey, and dirty dishes left in the kitchen cabinets. I don't feel it's worth the price. At a minimum the rooms should be clean. I won't be staying here again.

I stayed here with my boyfriend a couple weeks ago. We're from Ottawa so wanted to do some site seeing and shopping. This hotel is just a 5 minute walk from the main mall here (Eaton Centre). We also found some good shopping down Yonge Street on our walk to Yorkville. As for site seeing the front desk was able... More

Have stayed in the past and had a great experience. This time the walls were dirty, the windows were so filthy you could hardly see out! The maid came and straightened out the bed but did nothing else. When checking out they tried to charge us for 2 bottles of booze we did not order. This happened the last stay... More

My very first impression was, wow, how could these reviews be so critical. The room was chic, we were greeted warmly, and yes it was a boutique hotel so you don't expect the same things as in a full service hotel. The room was really nicely laid out. It was an upgrade, so there was a separate bedroom from a... More

Checked in to our room on the 22nd floor. The room was dirty and reeked of perfume so we asked for a new room. Was moved to the 16th floor. Same type of room—no scent but dirty. All appliances, furniture and walls were dinged up or damaged. Garbage and recycling were both full, shower was dirty, found rotting fruit on... More

Was with collegue on work trip an d had room on 26th floor, kept in so-so condition. Above is the designer penthouse, and staff told me when I complained about loud music that it was once apparently used for well-heeled customers/celebs but now becoming a party room/club for drunk and disorderly teen/college groups. Didn't sleep until after 330am from music/yelling... More

Somehow, I felt compelled to write a review. We stay in a hotel in Toronto once every month or two. We have stayed in some lovely properties and some not so great ones. Last night we stayed at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Toronto. For this stay, we booked via a Travelzoo deal via the property website, as it seemed to... More

Dear Ms. E, Thank you for bringing your feedback to my attention via Facebook as well as this TripAdvisor review. As mentioned in my response to your Facebook post, your review is very concerning and in no way indicative of the attentive service and boutique accommodations we aim to provide to our guests. I will be addressing this further with... More

Right in the heart of downtown Toronto, just off Yonge Street is this little boutique hotel that few travellers know about, but where you should stay, especially if you enjoy all the comforts of home. The hotel is small, but every room is set up much like a condo, with your own kitchen, washer and dryer. Walk out the main... More

The hotel location is very good for downtown and the subway/transit is easily accessible. I was surprised at how small the lobby was though. The room is very nice and has more of a condo/boutique feeling. Although the room was very nice, the room was very dusty, windows were covered in dirt, the shower wasnt clean or shiny at all... More
