I stayed with my two friends during my birthday. It is a hotel that do not nickel & dime you. Everything we needed was included on a very reasonable price -a comfortable suite with free full breakfast and free parking also free meal at night. Very caring employees from the Receptionist to the Cleaners to the Food Server. They made... more

Recently, my husband & I stayed at the Residence Inn Toronto Airport. As part of their Stop-over package, we could leave our car at the hotel, until we returned from our vacation. During the week we were away, our car was stolen from the hotel's parking lot. It was quite a shock to realize that our car was missing. The... more

We stayed here for the night after coming home from a trip. The hotel staff were very friendly and went out of there way to make sure you were happy. The rooms were a good size and everything was very clean. We used the high speed internet and had no issues at all with it, it was nice and speedy... more

We recently stayed at the Residence Inn for a girls hockey tournament. Normally three nights in a basic hotel room with 2 Adults, 2 Kids, 2 Sets of Hockey Equipment etc. is crammed and not very pleasant. The rooms at the Residence were like mini apartments! There was a full kitchen, a living room with pull out sofa bed, and... more

We visit Toronto frequently to visit with family. We have stayed at this Residence Inn many times. I won't stay anywhere else. It is a 5 minute drive from the airport and very convenient to area highways. The rooms are quiet , clean and well-appointed. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free buffet breakfast is great, especially for my... more

We stayed overnight in a 1 br suite when we went to Medieval Times. We enjoyed the location and the facilities. Our room had a small kitchen and dishwasher. Bed and Sofa bed was comfortable for our girls. The pool and the hot tub were very enjoyable. Breakfast in the morning was good and convenient. Staff was great and helpful.... more

We stayed in the Residence Inn near the Toronto airport for a long weekend. We were in Toronto to see the Red Sox play the Blue Jays. Our schedule kept changing so by the time we could commit to our trip there were no decent rates available at any of the downtown hotels. The Residence Inn was clean and comfortable.... more

I believe in giving credit when credit is due and this hotel deserves alot. Went to Toronto to celebrate our 33rd anniversary and for theater downtown. Unlike years ago, hotel prices in the city are outrageous and deals can't be found. Previous reviews for this hotel have been great and this was enough for us. All services by hotel staff... more

Booked a 2BR suite with fireplace which was very clean with the usual Residence Inn standard. Staff was very friendly even at very late arrival in a fully booked hotel. Breakfast was extremely crowded but staff kept a good pace to refill. Just one staff member told a guest at 9.57am that tortillas will not be refilled as it's already... more
