General: The hotel is well situated at the north end of the LGBT village (an easy walk to GLBT bars and restaurants). The newer part of the hotel (a 7 floor tower) is attached to a charming old building. Access: Stairs to get into the lobby. Would be difficult for people with mobility issues or very heavy luggage. Reception: Effecient... More

Isabella hotel has reasonably good rooms. It is advertised as a 2, but I think it's more going towards 3 stars. Rooms are clean and fairly modern. Cons: very bad airconditioning (make sure you get a room with a windows!), noisy airconditioning (sounds like running water) and: very bad breakfast. Breakfast consist of some toast. Muffin. Jam. Butter. Coffee and... More

This was a perfectly nice hotel. The outside of the building is nice and the neighborhood seemed safe. There is gated parking available in a lot across the street for a fee. There's a bar/restaurant in the basement that was fine, but again nothing special. The hotel was within walking distance of the area we were most interested in visiting,... More

From the outside this hotel is faded elegance but on entering it is modern. We were in room 402. Avoid this room there is an air conditioning unit which runs, and makes a noise of moving water, all the time. The cleaner was not good, removed my husband's flannel from the bathroom and obviously that to make a bed you... More

I don't have any complaints about this hotel. The staff are friendly, room clean and comfortable and the basement bar a life saver when we arrived late and hungry. There is nothing wrong with the area at all. There is a subway station, shops and cafes all within a 5 minute walk. It is a 30 minute walk to the... More

Very small and dark room. The room is suitable only for sleeping. It is not Okay to stay there when you are not sleep. I do not recommend this. However, its breakfast was good. This is good only if you have no better choice in terms of money and location.

Nice clean cosy rooms with confy beds and quiet air conditioning. There is a great pub restaurant in the basement and Terasse. The food in the pub is great and good value. ( you can't hear it from the rooms) I very critical with some hotels but can't understand negative reviews except for size of rooms but u have everything... More

Yes, that's the room, the whole room except for the bathroom, a chair, a small bar fridge and a flat-screen television affixed to the unseen wall on the right. There is a tiny bathroom to the left of the bed that opens with a sliding door. That's the only possibility. A standard door could not open. There is no furniture... More

Ok to start off, I was TERRIFIED by all the reviews I read. We booked this hotel on hotwire and were not told which hotel until after we paid. When I read the reviews I didn't hear ANYTHING good. When we got here I was really surprised. It was clean and organized. The staff was friendly. The hotel is in... More

My son and I took a taxi from train station to the hotel. Soon as we pulled up we were greeted by a Hooker! There was also dog poop outside the main front door. Cameras in the street and bars in the doors and windows of the stores near by. Didnt feel safe in neighborhood so took taxis everywhere.
