Completely dirty, especially the rooms...I spent 5 weeks in this hotel and for sure I can confirm that the cleaness was completely absent. Moreover, the restaurant inside has been one of the worst experience of my life: little variety of plates, disgusting food, poor service, no quality at all...and do not try the laundry service: one of my shirt has... more

Have stayed at the Valhalla, over the past 3 years on average 5 nights per year. The front desk, bar and restaurant staff are excellent, remembering me when I return, which is a nice touch, and if I were to give any reason for a return to any Hotel this would be the one. My only wish for the Valhalla... more

I stayed at the Valhalla Inn on business because my office is close by. The hotel is quite dated and could use an update. Some of the signs for the conference room ar amusing because they’re so old fashioned. The tower rooms are quite far from the front desk – a long way to carry bags to the elevators. There... more

Not horrible, but not great. Just so-so. My husband had a conference that chose Valhalla for the base for attendees, so even though I didn't want to stay there, we did. My husband got a deal with parking paid and breakfast for two for $18 a day. With the prices in the restaurant and parking, it was a good deal.... more

What a horrible experience. I was attending a conference at the Old Mill and a coworker and I booked rooms at the Valhalla Inn. Before leaving, I spoke to someone there and was told there was a shuttle available from the airport and one would be available to take people to the Old Mill. When I arrived in Toronto, I... more

I stayed at the Valhalla Inn Toronto for 2 nights. Upon checking in I was greeted by very courteous, helpful and friendly staff. One morning I needed to use the business center so I went to the front desk to ask if I could be let into it. A man named Oneil Iqbal asked me if there was anyone in... more

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for at least 8 years, giving them 20 nights per year. We stay 10 nights twice a year when we come to Toronto to work at the gift show. From time to time we have experienced some arrogance from the front desk manager, but have always put up with it because... more

I made a reservation to attend the AIDS Conference in Toronto and was a bit apprehensive when I read the mixed reviews. My fear was really unfounded as the rooms was very clean, clean/new towels, good view, comfortable bed. there was no fridge in my room but it was compensated by free wireless internet service and complementary shuttle to the... more
