Sure it is not the Hilton or the Plaza but hey when you are only spending a little over one hundred dollars, able to keep the car there for a week with a free shuttle to the airport and back, it's great!! We have stayed there 7 years in a row and never had a problem with management, staff or... more

I stayed at the Valhalla Inn on business because my office is close by. The hotel is quite dated and could use an update. Some of the signs for the conference room ar amusing because they’re so old fashioned. The tower rooms are quite far from the front desk – a long way to carry bags to the elevators. There... more

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for one night. Our room was nicely decorated. There were a few problems with the bathroom. The fan sounded like a coffee grinder every time it was put on. Also the water pressure was very low when we took a shower. I doubt we'll be back more

Not horrible, but not great. Just so-so. My husband had a conference that chose Valhalla for the base for attendees, so even though I didn't want to stay there, we did. My husband got a deal with parking paid and breakfast for two for $18 a day. With the prices in the restaurant and parking, it was a good deal.... more

We booked a night at the ValHall Inn for our anniversary and were disappointed from the minute we checked in. The front desk staff were not friendly, there was still garbage left in our room from a previous guest, the shower water would not drain out and it was obviously a previous problem that was not fixed because someone had... more

I stayed at the Valhalla Inn for three nights during a training session. I read the reviews here at Trip Advisor before arriving and was a little apprehensive. i am now surprised that there were any bad reviews here. Although the decor may be dated the service more than makes up for the age of the facility. The room was... more

What a horrible experience. I was attending a conference at the Old Mill and a coworker and I booked rooms at the Valhalla Inn. Before leaving, I spoke to someone there and was told there was a shuttle available from the airport and one would be available to take people to the Old Mill. When I arrived in Toronto, I... more

I stayed at the Valhalla Inn Toronto for 2 nights. Upon checking in I was greeted by very courteous, helpful and friendly staff. One morning I needed to use the business center so I went to the front desk to ask if I could be let into it. A man named Oneil Iqbal asked me if there was anyone in... more

We've stayed twice this year: last weekend for one night and last spring for two nights. We have young children and were looking for a little bit of everything. We found this hotel ideal for our purposes. It is easy to find, to park, and to drive to area attractions. There is a nearby park and supermarket, which we happily... more

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for at least 8 years, giving them 20 nights per year. We stay 10 nights twice a year when we come to Toronto to work at the gift show. From time to time we have experienced some arrogance from the front desk manager, but have always put up with it because... more
