“Disappointing service at the Martini Bar but enjoyable stay in the hotel”

We stayed on the 4th floor in a room overlooking Massey Hall. Our room was quiet even with the window open for fresh air. “Nice rooms, friendly staff, but don't eat at the Martini Bar!”

My friends and I were here for my bachelorette party this past weekend. Overall it was a good stay. The rooms are big and nice, the staff friendly and it is close to everything in downtown Toronto. The valet had problems finding my car, but the front door guy was nice about it. The Martini Bar, however, is another story.... More

“Misleading rooms, High price and poor quality.”

Some rooms described as "SUITES" were far from it. No living room, kitchenette, or something as simple as a dresser/drawer (which can be found in a cheap motel). It was very pricey for a regular hotel room. The only perk is the location. I would suggest checking your bill because it's going to contain some extra charges that add up.... More

“Nice Hotel and Staff”

Just stayed one evening but found it very eclectic indeed. Suite was very well appointed, lots of extras, very comfortable and very clean. Would definietly stay again. Found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, not over bearing at all.

“Nice spot near theatre and Eaton Center Shopping”

Stayed 1 night at the Pantages. Good room. Had a great view of downtown and walking distance from pubs, entertainment and shopping. Close to good restaurants and nightlife. We also liked the old style diner for breakfast around the corner.

My husband and I stayed at the Pantages when it was newly remodeled. It was everything I wanted in a hotel from location to decor. The continental breakfast was gourmet pastries and coffee. We enjoyed that as well.
