The lobby looks like a nicely designed, edgy boutique hotel. The lobby bar is small but nice, and the location is great. But the rooms, although clean and comfortable, need an upgrade. The bathroom had a nail in the wall instead of the painting, the paint was chipped, and the nightstands had lots of old rings from water glasses. The... More

If you're looking to work out in a death trap, the Pantages Hotel gym is it. On a rainy day, it was an electrocution waiting to happen; the floor got soaked and of course the puddle was right next to the electrical outlets for the gym equipment and there was no way to close the window above it. The windows... More

Doesn't matter if its summer or winter, the Pantages is just a walk distance to Eaton Centre, and close to Dundas St. It is really quiet (despite it is downtown) and a very cozy place for a couple to stay. It's worth the price.

We booked two rooms for ourselves and relatives for a wedding we were attending, very happy that hotel upgraded one of the rooms to a suite on the fourth floor. My parents really loved the amenities. Our room was on the 14 th floor and was very spacious with a full kitchen and even laundry. Staff was helpful and super... More

Great location, A short walk to the Eaton Centre and Yonge Dundas Square. We got a queen room that was very unique in that it had a full kitchen and laundry. It looks like it was a condo as it has a security system as well. The room was ok, somewhat clean, tons of dust behind the furniture, we found... More

My wife and I spent our 3rd year anniversary here. Great location. A block away from Yonges-Dundas Square. 15 minute walk to Hockey Hall of Fame. Frans diner next door. Staff was great! I asked the staff to surprise my wife with roses, chocolate covered strawberries, and a bottle of wine. They did an excellent job. Staff made great selections... More

This small hotel describes itself as "urban chic". Among its advantages is that it is just a block away from two historic live theatre venues and practically across the street from Eaton Shopping center. You can walk through the bar to the adjacent coffee shop restaurant where we found the food to be remarkably good for a meal that you... More

We needed a one night stay before my wife's appointment at St. Michael's the following day. Met up with some friends who live in Toronto and had a fantastic evening in the Martini Bar & Lounge. Food & bar bill ended up exceeding the room bill! I really wish I could remember the bartender's name but she was on her... More

Myself and my wife stayed at the Pantages for 9 nights from April 22nd. The hotel location is spot on. Ideal for all the attractions that Toronto has to offer. The room we had was ok but well used and in need of some TLC but nothing major that caused any problems for us. All the staff were friendly and... More

Its a good hotel, convenient and everything went smoothly with my stay. Its only a little dusty but other wise hotel room had a little mini kitchen a bed and that was just enough for my stay. Its not a luxury hotel but i would definitely come again.
