What a treasure, what a find This is the best kept secret in Totonto, and a pity that the terrible reviewer found it. I do believe that that reviewer never stayed at the Inn since they were asked to leave by Geoffrey the owner. Apparently they were appalled by the dog, said that it jumped up at her. During our... more

From the moment I stepped through the door of Geoffrey Pimblett's B&B, I felt at home. Colourful Geoffrey and team are perfect hosts, very happy to help out on anything they can. The rooms were spartan and the decor most interesting. The extent of the collections is greater than any museum. Every morning I would look at the wall in... more

Pimblett's is a fun and eccentric B&B conveniently located to major Toronto venues. The B&B is an eclectic mix of British antiques and memorabilia. Geoffrey, John and Bertie (a docile and lovable Doberman) were terrific hosts, providing referrals and directions to restaurants, shops, and other sight seeing spots, etc. Breakfast was tasty and available for those who choose not to... more

A large rambling house with a charming eccentric English innkeeper. HUGE breakfasts. Location close to downtown - 15 minutes walk from Yonge street. It is a bed and breakfast and not a 5 star hotel, so do not expect to be waited on hand and foot. The house was full of antiquities which made the place even more interesting. I... more

I don't even know where to begin?!?! The photos of the B&B are charming, the owner sounds like a pleasant British gentleman on the phone and the location appears to be convenient. However, the place is a run down, smelly, hole in the wall surround by what appears to be drug dealers and prostitutes. The place was so packed with... more

It is unfortunate I have just gotten the time to sit down and review my stay at Pimblett's Bed and Breakfast in Toronto. We stayed there in late May and had a great time! We stayed in The Bewdley Suite and I can't imagine a cooler experience. We had the whole third floor to ourselves, including a jacuzzi tub and... more

Pimblett's is very conveniently located, within walking distance of downtown attractions. Inconspicuous townhouse from outside, but a gem inside. Geoffrey, the friendly host, put together authentic replica of 19th century British townhouse. A guest can see, touch and experience things which are otherwise available only in museums. I choose this B&B for 1 month business trip to Toronto for exactly... more

I booked here because of great reviews but was disappointed. The positives were location in a great area (cabbagetown), roughly equidistant from downtown, yorkville and the market, and a friendly host. But the room was very small. There was no room service even to empty wastebaskets during our 4-night stay. The place is rather run down although the bathroom had... more

We picked this B&B based on the great reviews and high ratings, but till we arrived and left we were still confused how this place got such good ratings. Geoffrey is a nice older English escentric was very welcoming, we liked bricker brack (to a point) but from a business point of view he should concentrate on clearing his kitchen,... more
