Bed was unbelievably comfortable, room was modern and one of nicest Ive been in. Mini bar prices were not too bad. Complimentary breakfast in morning exceeded expectations with nice selection of fruit, meat, cheese, and oats. Great location too! Will be staying here again whenever in Toronto. Might skip the $40 valet parking next time though!!

My corporation scheduled a meeting and stay for me at this hotel which turned out to surprise me in all regards from the hotel to the meeting space to the service, sleep quality and dining. Check it was quick and efficient. I arrived super early (like 9 am or so) but was accommodated within an hour. The room was large,... More

We booked a Deluxe Room, King Bed with Bath. I was assured we would receive an upper floor room. However, we checked in very early and go a room on the lower floors. We went to the front desk and the quickly accommodated us to an upper floor and upgraded us. Overall, we would come back again for the late... More

We booked the superior room for two nights. From the moment we checked in we were asked if we wanted to 'upgrade' for an extra $80 a night. We said no, as the room is already $300.00/night. One of the amenities listed on the website for the superior room, which we booked, is an nespresso machine. Upon check-in we noticed... More

I had high expectations from this boutique hotel. The location was great, the building was nice, the lobby and sitting area in the lobby by a fireplace was nice. The complimentary tea, coffee was a nice bonus. However, it all started after we checked in into our room on the sixth floor. It was freezing n the room. We complained... More

Had a business trip in Toronto and a friend recommended I stay at the Le Germain Mercer Street for the two weeks. I was informed at the time of booking that the $550 per night price for a standard room was due to the Toronto Film Festival that was scheduled during the same time. I checked around and had a... Was in Toronto last weekend for a wedding and had the pleasure of staying at Le Germain. Superb customer service and extremely helpful associates. The rooms are clean and modern with excellent amenities, great breakfast served in the mezzanine, and all of this a 15 minute walk away from Billy Bishop. Nice upscale hotel, half a block from the Toronto International Film Festival (Tiff) Lightbox. This hotel is also half a block from Second City. It's a great location in the heart of downtown Toronto. Convenient valet parking available. Breakfast was included with our stay, and the breakfast options were very nice. Staff was friendly. Room was beautifully appointed.
