After a dismal experience at a downtown boutique hotel we were swept off to be treated in stye at the Met. A memorable stay in a luxury suite. Gorgeous and massive glass shower, friendly staff and they shipped a pair of shoes I left in my suite to my home Ottawa at no charge. Very gracious staff!

This is a fab hotel in downtown Toronto. We had a luxury king room on floor 3 just off the lift area. We had a gorgeous bathroom, with underfloor heating a separate bath and shower and molton brown toiletries!! The drapes even close automatically which was a fun touch. The hotel staff were very friendly and professional. You must pay... More

I stayed in room #434 which is literally next to the elevators. The room is very small so the head of the bed feels like it is on top of the elevator shaft. Hearing the ping all night long and people loudly exiting the elevators drove me completely mad.

Great to just leave the Car at home and avoid the chaos that is commuting downtown. Easy walk from union station and the go train and had everything we were looking for at our doorstop. Room was spotless and staff was very accommodating in aiding us with an early check in so we could make our show in A comfortable... More

Nice location in downtown Toronto. Within walking distance of many downtown attractions. Nice sized rooms and very helpful and friendly staff. Our only negative would be the nightly valet parking charge ($35/night) and a hotel facilities fee ($19/night). Would recommend this hotel.

This is a very nice, clean, modern boutique hotel, occupying the lower 4 floors of a building that also houses a high-rise condo. We stayed there at the beginning of our trip to the area, and liked it so well we chose it again when we returned to Toronto a week later. The rooms are nicely appointed with tons of... More

I had the pleasure of staying at the SOHO Metropoliatan hotel in August of this year. I was in town to see the Blue Jays game and thought this would be nice and close to the venue. It was closer than I thought it would be. It was perfect since I was travelling with a 7 year old. It took... More

One of my favorite hotels anywhere. Nice sized rooms, kitchens, great style, great service from the time you walk in. Franco the Concierge is great, and a Paisano. Great restaurant in a cool neighborhood all around, including Luckee at the hotel which is truly special. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Toronto.

Toronto in home for me, even though I recently moved away. My point it that I know the city really well. I stayed at SoHo Metropolitan during the business trip back to Toronto. Great location, close to downtown (if you are there for work), Walking distance to King West restaurants, St. Lawrence Market, Air Canada Centre and Rogers Centre and... More

The rooms are very nice, hi-tech. Feels like a nice room in Vegas (Wynn - without the views and size). The location is nice, walkable. Service was below average. My wife and I felt like a burden to them more than a guest. Our room wasn't ready for us until late evening, which was a hassle since we traveled internationally.... More
