The rooms are very nice, hi-tech. Feels like a nice room in Vegas (Wynn - without the views and size). The location is nice, walkable. Service was below average. My wife and I felt like a burden to them more than a guest. Our room wasn't ready for us until late evening, which was a hassle since we traveled internationally.... More

I wanted an hotel that was not too "corporate" and cold ; for the same price as other hotels in Toronto, the SoHo is elegant, comfortable, the staff is friendly, it is beautiful. Restaurants in the lobby are good, reasonable in price. Located downtown if it is what you want. I would go there if I have the choice! I... More

Nice Hotel.Room is very clean and stock with nice immenties. A little pricy for the size of the room but you are in the middle of downtown and easy to get to. Staff are helpful and friendly. Recommended for a overnight stay.

This hotel is nice. It is in the center of downtown (expect a lot traffic). It's clean, intimate, and modern. However, it's not as impressive as I thought it would be. The front staff was friendly, there are restaurants close by, and I love the classical music that they leave playing on the radio in your room when you come... More

I have been staying at this hotel since it opened and am very sad to write this review. It's unacceptable and only fair guests are aware of the mattresses this hotel offers. I'm an executive that spends over 70% of my life on the road staying at high end hotels. I will not be staying there until it replaces the... More

The hotel room left nothing more to wish. I loved the separate walk in closet and bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the room quiet. The service at the info desk was excellent, they recommended local price for value gems that was not on trip advisor, breakfast was in the basement cafe.

Visited August 29-30, 2014. We picked this hotel because it was very close to Roger Centre, which is why we were visiting Toronto. Less then a 5 minute walk to stadium & CN Tower. Our deluxe room was on the 4th floor of the hotel. The room was beautiful with so many awesome features like, a 42inch flat screen TV,... More

My friend and I went for a short stay in Toronto. I found this hotel after some searching and chose it because of an AmEx special. I'm so glad I did! The rooms were particularly well appointed and spacious. All staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. The concierges were the best part of the experience. There was a... More

We stayed here for a ball game. The Rogers Centre and CN Tower are a 5 minute walk. It is a 15 minute walk to Queens Quay in one direction and Chinatown in another. Very good location. The bathroom and dressing area are very nice and there are lots of nice touches, such as iphone docking station. The bedroom is... More

I've stayed in hotels all around the world and this is truly a great boutique hotel. The staff are friendly, well trained and intuitive. The rooms are beautiful, well maintained and kept clean. It is certainly worth spending the additional money to stay here when you consider what is available in the immediate area. I would certainly return and stay... More
