I have stayed at the Radisson Suites Airport Toronto on two occasions, once in 2007and again in June 2009. On both occasions I was there for meetings. I was pleased with the hotel; the suites are fairly large; my room had two televisions, two telephones, a large bathroom, and a spacious meeting area that could be shut off from the... more

We stayed at the Radisson Suites Airport for 2 nights at the beginning of June 2009. We had an excellent stay. The hotel is a good distance from downtown and could be a real plus depending on the reason (and place) you need it for. The hotel is just off exit 354 of Hwy 401. You don't have to look... more

Spent 1 night at this hotel the night before we flew out to the DR. Very friendly staff and beautiful suite for a standard room. Only paid $109 CAN which included the week of parking and 24 hour shuttle service. You can't go wrong! more

We stayed at the Radisson Suites Toronto Airport the night before our flight to Miami. Although there for only one night, we experienced great service and a beautiful suite. The room was very roomy and seemed recently renovated. The staff very attentive and responded quickly when we asked for an extra blanket and pillows for the kids. The people at... more

This is the type of place you are likely going to only for a night or two. We stayed here for a wedding. It is a bit odd as the airplanes fly RIGHT over the hotel, which is I'm sure typical of all airport hotels. The rooms themselves are nice. I liked the suite concept. One minor thing, I noticed... more

We thank all of our guests for their comments as it gives us the opportunity to always strive on improving our service. The Hotel does not advertise smoking rooms with sleep number beds on line or on our brand web site as we only have 2 rooms in the hotel that are smoking with sleep number beds. You are not...

I stayed at the Airport Radisson for a conference for two mid week nights in October. I have stayed here previously, with the same overall experience. The rooms were well kept and clean, appreciated housekeeping asking if I needed my room/sheets made when meeting them in the hallway. I found the front desk staff service to be somewhat poor when... more

The Raddison is a fairly typical mid-range airport hotel. I booked a suite as i was traveling with my two children. The rooms were on the small side and the decor was dated. I would say I paid about $40 ($220 per night) too much when looking at the quality and size of the room. What made the stay a... more

Thank you very much for your comments; we will certainly use them as a training tool for our team. All guest service agents as well as the auditors on all shifts including over night shifts are fully trained in fire procedures in the hotel. There is also a manger on duty 24 hours a day. The Chief night auditor was...

We stayed at the Radisson on June 23 and 24. If you want to tour downtown Toronto, you will need a rental car because it's not that close to downtown. The suite was very spacious. The decor (paintings, carpet, tile, and especially the "wet bar") was a bit dated but clean. The parking costs $7.95 CAD per day. If you... more

Nice clean hotel, large modern rooms. Very good location. Friendly staff with Piam the "Chef Concierge" giving service at a european concierge level ("golden keys"). I heard the aircraft noise once during my 2 night stay so its not bad. Parking is convenient but a bit expensive. more

I will also make sure he is recognized for his service. Parking at all the airport properties ranges from 6.99 to...
