We chose this hotel to stay overnight before our flight and park the car here for a week. The room offered more than we expected, everything is spotless and the staff was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anybody looking to come to Toronto before the night before their flight.

If you're looking for a place to stay that's close to the conference center, you can't get any closer than this. The location is great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, however, was very worn: cabinet finish was worn off, doors didn't fit or close, the sofa was uncomfortable. Our room has the less than desirable distinction of... More

Greetings 1031dg, Thank you for taking the time to post a review of the hotel and for highlighting our location with respect to the Toronto Congress Centre. Although some of our suites are not the most modern, our upgraded suites on our Executive levels are on par or better than any room in this market. We are in a transitional... More

We're used to staying in Radisson Blu hotels, which are stellar, but this is nothing more than a budget hotel. Rooms are reasonably spacious suites with a large desk. The sofa was too soft to be comfortable, as you sink too low in it. The only comfortable seat in the room was the desk chair. The bed in our room... More

This hotel can certainly use a major renovation. But, the staff was excellent. They provided excellent service. The room was average, the mattress is worn. But, the location was excellent for the airport and local business area. The rate was reasonable as well.

Good hotel for airport stop over. Long term parking is available during your absence. Shuttle service doesn't come as often as it should, so we just paid and got a taxi back to the hotel. Good Location, Close to multiple restaurants and you can throw a stone at the Tim Hortons - very close. Beds were comfortable, and wifi worked... More

The hotel is near the airport and Toronto Center. The bed is so hard and it's like that in other room as well. The heating system in the leaving room is very noisy. The hotel is clean, the internet is free is you subcribe the club.

Arrived from London and was given a business room upgrade an easy check in even if the first set of keys did not work either in the lift or the room - the B/fast lady was friendly the food good and the potions were very large - the room I had - level 12 was large and was very comfortable... More

Unfortunately, most people submit a review when they are not satisfied with something. We have stayed at this hotel many times, but have never reviewed it. My apologies. The reason we always choose this hotel is that it never fails us. The rooms are always clean, comfortable, wonderful beds, and well appointed. If there ever are any issues, they are... More

This hotel needs a refresh. The rooms are laid out nicely with lots of space. The rooms are dated and are in need of a big upgrade. I have never experienced slower elevators in my life. Having a couple of good restaurants, a Tim Hortons and a Subway right beside are a big benefit.

This hotel is convenient for the trade show we attend. But the rooms are dated. Carpets feel dirty and the sofa is simply not comfortable. But the bed is. I sleep well here. Normally an issue with at least one elevator..this time no different. We eat breakfast here and it is a Buffett which is good and Lynette is very... More
