The location is good for Toronto east but you can only access the hotel from the east bound lane of Kingston Road meaning that you are always heading east to turn around to go west or have to pass it and come back if approaching from the east. The bedside lights and clock were unplugged when I arrived and the... More

Stayed here for two nights while at a local convention. The location was nice, safe and clean. The beds were amazing, best part of the whole stay! They were comfortable and I couldn't feel it when my partner moved around. They advertise a 'Hot Breakfast' but it's really just a very very small continental breakfast. We ate breakfast both mornings... More

Stayed 2 nights at Christmas as was close to family and found room clean, beds comfortable and staff courteous. Probably the best value for the area. Would book again. Nothing else needed to say. Tried to submit but you want more. That's all from me.

room price is very economical and I found my room clean, comfortable and quite. This hotel is also close to my relatives. I was not expecting this standard, but believe me very polite hotel staff and the amazing thing is internet speed was super. I will come again.

My husband and I were greeted at the desk which was poorly lit and the lobby area was also quite dark. It was only about 6:30p.m. When we arrived. The desk clerk at that time was professional but not in a pleasant way. He did accommodate us in a lower level room close to the lobby area. When first entering... More

Staying in Scarborough

Neighborhood Profile
Scarborough
Situated astride Lake Ontario, Scarborough is a district heavily influenced by immigration. With a number of low-rent shopping and dining options making it a highly affordable part of town, and boasting one of Toronto's largest shopping malls, the otherwise green suburban neighborhood is a good place to go for bargains and discounts. It also draws in photographers. The spires, archways, and cavernous rooms of the BAPS Shri Swaminarayan Mandir Palace are filled with breathtaking art, architecture, and detailed reliefs – it’s like entering a different world, The ruins of columns and installation art at the Guild Inn makes a free-for-all exploration site, while the big-name draw for young photographers is the menagerie at the Toronto Zoo. While many visitors shirk Scarborough as too suburban, its houses are some of Toronto's most mystical and haunting architectural beauties. And for adventure lovers, it has river-rafting and some unique hiking trails.
