I initially booked a set of rooms at the Delta Chelsea in Toronto for three weekends, but cancelled after the dismal state and size of some of the rooms. Marriott's Courtyard properties are uniformly good. I've stayed in them throughout North America, and frankly can't understand why the average business traveler would pay more if the Courtyard is near other major hotels (who really NEEDS room service?).
