I stay frequently at Le Germain Maple Leaf Square and occasionally at their other Toronto property on Mercer, depending on what my trip entails. If you are going to take in a concert, baseball game, basketball game, or hockey game as part of your trip, then this hotel is a must as the location for sports entertainment can not be... More

Love these hotels. Close to everything, cool but not fashion over function and decent value at corporate rate. Germain is literally next door to ACC for concerts and games, and 100 ft away form union station and entrance to Path which is handy when it was -30 degrees (path is underground tunnel system in TO)

My wife and I stayed here in September when we went to Toronto to visit friends and see a Blue Jays game. We selected the hotel based on reviews from Tripadvisor and we weren't disappointed. We were also within walking distance of the train. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, we were within walking distance to Rogers Centre,... More

We just returned after a night stay at this lovely hotel. My husband had planned a night away in Toronto for Valentine's day. The bellman and reception staff were efficient and courteous. The superior room was large, clean and beautiful -our room #828 overlooked the CN Tower. My husband had ordered roses and they were laid on the bed. Gregory... More

We stayed here for one night and I wish it had been more.. I booked the romance package which included chocolate strawberries, wine and breakfast in bed, upon arrival we had been upgraded, I had mentioned to Susan and Gregory the concierge that we were visiting to celebrate my husbands 40th and my recovery from cancer, the had delivered some... We returned to this hotel for a one-night stay during the World Juniors because of its proximity to the hockey arena, but frankly any excuse will do as we love this hotel and its sister hotel in the entertainment district. Love the beds and bedding, the Nespresso maker in the room and most of all the rain-shower shower stall. Service... More

I rate this hotel 5 stars in a 4 star category. If you want better, then you will have to pay at least twice the price at the Trump, Ritz or 4 Seasons. Although some people prefer to stay here over those hotels. The reason may very well be the personalized service you get here. I booked my stay through... More

My girlfriend and I went this weekend for our anniversary and it's really the best hotel I've ever been to. They use great products (Molten Brown!), the bed is ridiculously comfortable and the rain showers are very relaxing. The only thing that we didn't care for was the weirdly sexual pictures of male athletes above the bed. Just kind of... More

Dear jaafray, Thank you very much for taking the time to write about your experience. We’re flattered to achieve top billing! Regarding the artwork in our rooms, we’re always happy to talk about it; after all, art is meant to inspire conversation. As the design of the hotel began to take shape, we wanted to reflect the personality of the... More

First and foremost...if you are visiting Toronto or just planning a night out, this hotel is the PERFECT place. My boyfriend and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was probably the best experience we've ever had at a hotel, and we've traveled to many different cities, including New York, Boston, Montreal and Paris. The hotel was very modern, and... More

Have done a fair amount of business travel - for me this is the hotel room and location I would judge a lot of hotels by. Always well retreated by the staff and the rooms are great. If you plan to stay in Toronto this is a great choice for the money.
