HORRIBLE! Trying so save a few dollars, unfortunately, we got exactly what you paid for. Upon entry, you get the impression that the hotel was nice. The lobby was very clean. Then you start the process... Their system is completely outdated. The lady at the front desk unsuccessfully search for my reservation through a large stack of papers. When she... More

A previous reviewer called this hotel "the worst hotel ever". Well that person didn't stay at the Grand Canyon Motel when they were 11 years old. They also did not find a box of chicken nuggets under the bed in the green shag carpet at that motel. So, no, the Pearson Hotel is not the worst hotel. Let me start... More

When booking thought to save time and money. Offered free shuttle from airport but shuttle did not show up. Had to take a taxi and pay first time. Not far from international airport but right in the middle of nowhere. Connection into the city is worse to change bus three times or run half an hour for train station. Room... More

Terrible hotel, do not stay here. Shuttle does not run on time, you will miss your flight. Staff/owners are horrible very unprofessional, refused to bring us back to the airport, so we had to take a taxi back. The luggage storage is not secure anyone can access your bags. The manger or owner is also the shuttle driver. The best... More

This review is part hotel to blame and part hotels.com. We booked our hotel from the Toronto airport after friends left us a message in the am (by Facebook) that their car had broken down and didn't know when they could get to us. Their message said to get a hotel. We called the number listed under Pearson hotel and... More

This place is nasty looks nice online but my experience was terrible. Trying to save a dollar cost me big time! Hair inside bathtub stains on blanket and a thick white something on the carpet next to the bed. Yuck this place is dirty and they don't care refused to give refund I just took the hit and upgraded to... More

We were put up in this "hotel" by Air Canada because a delay caused us to miss our connection. DO NOT--I repeat--DO NOT accept this hotel if you must stay overnight in Toronto. As the previous comments indicate, the hotel manager is rude beyond any description of the word. He treated other guests with more contempt than he treated us.... More

Firstly I was offered this garbage hotel for $97/night on Travelocity so did the booking only to find the price had shot up to $295 with no cancellation and no refund, so we were forced to carry on. Arrived at the hotel late to a chilly reception and checked into our room, we had a midnight arrival and a six... More

I made a reservation for the day before and at the end of a trip thinking it would be nice to be there the day before leaving to go to Ireland and then upon return. After calling and talking to the reservation center they assured me transport to and from the airport and parking were available. I ask about the... More

After accidentally booking the hotel a day early, we were never given a courtesy call to see where we were. After arriving we were told that we were considered a no show and the charged us anyway. They would not carry over our payment to today even though we were willing to pay the extra difference. This was the worst... More
