We spent one night here. The room is comfortable enough and shuttle service is available. The hotel is out of the way. We wanted to have something for dinner and there is nothing around this hotel within walking distance reasonable enough after a long day of travel. Breakfast is available but the breakfast area is dirty. For the price, there... More

Rick and I were looking forward to the first whole week of holidays we were able to get in over three years. I went on the computer and found a really affordable inclusive vacation. We were to go to Cuba on a last minute deal. It was only costing us $800.00. We discussed the possibility of having someone drive us... More

Upon my family's arrival we immediately noticed a few problematic things. There were no towles, no coffee, and no lights in our room. Annoying, right? The breakfast was edible at best. The place where breakfast is eaten was dusty, dirty, and had no staff at all looking after it. The staff are all terrible. I had a two night reservation... More

Checked in very late due to the not so good shuttle service. But once I had checked in and got to the room I was positively surprised. Big room, big bed and nice big and Clean bathroom. Internet was free and worked great. After a nice quiet night and had a basic breakfast and checked out. I would stay here... More

Pros: clean, updated, free breakfast, free parking, beds are comfortable Cons: sheets clearly had not been cleaned. Requested to switch rooms. Check in took 30 minutes. They don't have anyone monitoring the breakfast room. It's open 6-10am. We got there at 8am, very little left and it was a disaster. Sticky maple syrup all over the counter. Even just having... I mistakenly booked a hotel (Pearson Hotel & Conference Centre, formerly Days Inn Etobicoke) that did not allow cancellation if booked through Booking.Com. Even though I had a confirmation email from the hotel which indicated cancellation up to 24 hours before was allowed, this was not the case when booked through Booking.Com. So although I contacted both the hotel and... More

We waited one hour to check in, 57 minutes to be exact. When we finally got a room it did not have the pull out couch we had booked for our son. We couldn't bare to line up again to request a different room. The tiny towels, gross tub and cheap amenities are just the cherry on top. Never stay... More

Never had a hotel call two minutes after checkout time to see if we were leaving. Rooms were okay, nothing special. Would I stay there again? No not worth the price. Good pointd were free parking. The area is fine and handy to the airport. Staff smokes right at the front door

We got stuck here courtesy of Westjet who had a seatbelt issue on a plane! In the middle of nowhere Toronto. We knew there was an issue when there was no sign on the hotel other than a banner stuck on the front of the building. No Restaurant. Rooms are okay. Everything is on the cheap though - soap, coffee,... More

The manager keeps controlling what the guests are eating. He stares at everyone. He gets the food bit by bit. There are very few options to eat. The service room is not good. They barely do the bed. The rooms are ok. The soap bars are so tiny, it keeps slipping out of the hands. This is the worst hotel I... More
