We got stuck here courtesy of Westjet who had a seatbelt issue on a plane! In the middle of nowhere Toronto. We knew there was an issue when there was no sign on the hotel other than a banner stuck on the front of the building. No Restaurant. Rooms are okay. Everything is on the cheap though - soap, coffee,... More

The manager keeps controlling what the guests are eating. He stares at everyone. He gets the food bit by bit. There are very few options to eat. The service room is not good. They barely do the bed. The rooms are ok. The soap bars are so tiny, it keeps slipping out of the hands. This is the worst hotel I... More

Nice clean spot. I picked it cause it was close to the airport. The room was fine. Except I couldn't get the air conditioning to work properly - even with help from the front desk. Beds are pretty comfortable. Pillows were great! Staff was very friendly. Would stay here again.

I had a long layover in Toronto late night due to our flight cancellation and we decided to stay at one of the airport hotels. Booked this hotel through expedia and waited at the airport for the free shuttle. It took a good 25 minutes before the shuttle came to pick us up. We were already tired and frustrated at... More

Very clean. Staff hospitable. Breakfast could be served earlier due to early flights. Airport shuttle very difficult from airport to hotel as front desk staff did not answer phones. Hallway on 3rd floor very hot, A/C unit not working.

Booked weeks in advance for a good rate and while waiting for the free shuttle from the airport i check out reviews on trip advisor. Based on what i read from previous guests i was expecting a shanty of hotels full of stains, cockroaches and no hot water. It wasn't that but it wasn't a Hilton (for $90 what do... More

Due to flight cancellation at the Toronto airport (YYZ), Air Canada gave me an overnight hotel voucher for this hotel. The hotel is VERY "bare bones". There was no water coming out of the shower and the water in the sink did not get hot. The shuttle service from the airport to the hotel, and back, was OK, but clearly... More

Days Inn and Conference Centre had become the Pearson Hotel and Conference Centre in the brief time between our Hotwire booking and our arrival! How we were supposed to identify the allegedly regular shuttle service or contact the hotel was a mystery but happily the telephone number on our booking confirmation worked and a friendly driver arrived after a long... I'll keep this short and sweet. The first room I got still had stained toilet paper stuck on the inside of the bowl. The second room had pubic hair left in the bathtub and the bed. The towels were stained brown and red. The internet didn't work on either one of my devices. I called reception twice to get it... More
